From out of town I stopped by. I stayed regardless of the line. I ordered and started hearing moaning,groaning,sucking teeth and they had no cole slaw.I ordered one large mashed potato,three new big boxes. Couldn't wait to see what was behind all this "I don't wanna be here and it's mine" attitude,

Why is service so bad? I waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes. My order wrong (given tenders Vs the chicken I ordered), fries cold and biscuit hard. What gives??? Very disappointed.

Terrible food quality. Ordered tenders through Uber eats, the tenders are flat pieces of flavorless garbage. Didn’t get any of the 5 sauces I ordered. How the hell do you eat tenders with no sauces especially when they’re flavorless. Terrible. Don’t bother.

Bad drive thru service! First time at Popeyes and probably last. Food is great, but only if you don't mind waiting for a long time. I was there almost 25 min at lunchtime for them to complete my 2 person food order. They are just not prepared to deal with more than a few customers at a time.
