Great place to eat especially if you love pizza it is perfect my 2nd day in Nevada and this place is great pretty much any pizza you want gets made for you
We have some awesome food and my fellow coworkers are some of the best to work with and we have a legendary management team does sriracha pepperoni pizza is to die for if you like spicy and the cat is red is oh my gosh delicious and I'm not saying it because I work there the food is amazing the first time we ate at Pizza Ranch was in Columbus and my son was hooked
Chicken is "Awesome ". We had eaten at Pizza Ranch in Albert Lea, MN back in August. The host asks us " What pizza do you want that is not on the buffet?" We had ordered the Bronco on "Thin" Crust. He had actually brought the pizza to us & asked how many slices would you like. WOW, Awesome, that is service. The Bronco was Mmmm Yummy. Crust was "CRISPY" good.. Love Pizza Ranch, No complaints.
What really impressed me was the Christian music. Wow Great Food and Worship!! Awesome staff!! Nice salad bar!! Nice clean friendly place!!
We stopped in tonight for dinner a little later than we planned. Since its Saturday and your first weekend open, we figured it would be packed. We were correct, the line was past the inner doors and almost went somewhere else for dinner. My husband came in to ask how long the wait was and we were ok with waiting the estimated 20 minutes to eat. Less than 10 minutes later, we were at our table eating our dinner. The staff was amazing and took care of all of our needs. Some restaurants don't have great service the first few weeks they are open. This is not the case for Norfolk's Pizza Ranch. Thank you for a wonderful evening out with my family!
Went today to the soft opening! AMAZING. Place looks great, staff were attentive and very courteous. Asked for a special pizza that they didn't have everything to make it with currently-no problem. What a surprise to have someone come back a few minute later to say they were making the special pizza from scratch and it would be right out.
They went out of the way to make the customer happy! Thank you so much! Can't wait to visit again soon!

The chicken is always delicious! And Victor who walks around collecting dirty dishes needs a raise! Seriously! He is always working hard and is very polite and helpful!

What impressed me the most was the quality of employees and customer service. Just don't find that very often anymore. We had a fairly large group size and they were very accommodating. Constantly picking up our plates so we could go back for more and our tables weren't cluttered. Also wished us a merry Christmas and safe travels if we were from out of town. Sincere.

I bring my girlfriend here for dates due to the low cost and delicious food. The chicken is easily one of the best items on the menu, memories when I was a young child of going to Pizza Ranch and having a good time. I would highly recommend bring your family, loved ones, and anyone who wants to go to this perfect mix of western, pizza, and buffet!

The food was great, different kinds of pizza, clean. Did not leave acidy taste from sauce.
Food was hot and fresh, staff was friendly and efficient. They asked us if we had any special requests, reminded us of the reward program, and generally made us feel welcome. It is quite busy Sunday noon hours, but there was a good variety of pizza, plenty of chicken and desserts, the sides and salad bar were constantly being filled. Would definitely return. We dined with several small children, some teens, and some adults, and all were happy. Thanks!
They have the best chicken and the best service love them Everytime I come to Norfolk. Had to to add more to the review. Always delivered fresh and hot. I don't know how they prep the chicken all I do know is its my favorite. Not a fan of the breast but there's is soo juicy and tender its now my favorite. And the mashed taters and gravy is unmatched with the butter bisquits. You can tell they was raised in the country like I was they pay attention to detail which is a winner in my book.
Food is fresh and plentiful. You can request for Pizza that you like but not out on thePizza bar. Fried chicken is not very salty therefore delicious. Restaurant has entrance from the parking lot and from inside the Mall.
Chicken is so good. I know it's a pizza buffet, and the pizza is good, but the chicken is yummm.
