Review Kamal Palace - North Arlington

The food was very good but we waited about 45 minutes for it. I think thats a bit long because it wasn't that crowded. We had papadoom bread, chicken soup, shahi paneer, chicken korma, garlic Naan and some sweets in creamy sauce. There isn't too much parking so you might need to look around. But it really took a long time for the food to come.

I have to say, it was my first time with Indian food, and thanks to this restaurant I will be eating a lot of it from now on. The flavor was so delicious, and the mango drink they have, excelentttt, my boyfriend is a little picky with food and he loved it, going back soon ♥️

Kamal Palace Very delicious food served all the time, always fresh and tasty..A must try place for all food lovers, spice level also adjusted up to your taste..their biriyanis, mughlai dishes, paneer Tikka masala, barbeques are Soo tempting....We tried most of the restaurants around for Indian food and finally found our best place!! Courteous staff too

FAST Review Food: All the dishes we ordered were delicious. The samosas were firm and crispy on the out and soft inside as it should be, not dry inside at all. The shrimp pakora was great. I am not a big fan of Chicken Tikka Masala but it was good (have to order this at every Indian restaurant we visit as my esposa borinqueña loves it). Enjoyed the lamb biriyani. Ambience: Too much happening in too little a place, but it somehow all comes together. The pictures were good, and the curtains went with the decor but the colors are not something I would recommend in a restaurant. It is supposed to be relaxing not flamboyant. Service: was very good. The server was courteous, frequently checked on our comfort without being imposing. I got a chipped saucer with my masala chai, and that was a downer. You don't put any messed up utensil or cutlery in front of a dining client - that's a no-no in restaurant business. They lost a star because of that. Time: was quick enough. Not too much Time.

I am really pleased with their service, food and over all cleanliness. Would like to go there again to taste more signature dishes. Highly recommended

This place is really good. The best Indian food in this area is in Little India, Jersey City. This is not as good as Little India but I gotta say it comes close. Was recommended this place. The food was nothing short of amazing! The staff were very friendly, attentive and patient. Highly recommended and will definitely stop by again.

Ordered pickup, food was ready in the given time, +1 star. Paid with cash, 4% discount, +1 star. Got home, ate food, tasted good, +another star. Chicken tandoori, mushroom sag were good…especially with the fragrant rice that came with it. Found it funny they didn’t have a system to alert them when people come in, might have yell for them or make their phone ring, I chose the latter. Overall great experience. And that’s 5 stars.
