I have a lot of why’s???? Why did it take 16 minutes to take my order? And only five to get my order?? Why is the manager Franklin drinking around food (so unsanitary and a Covid-19’s no!)? I’m definitely calling cooperate. Why did I go in thinking I would save time versus the drive thru? Why
Had a good experience. Food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly. But the best thing is, we were able to dine in. Automatic 5 stars right there.
The restaurant and restrooms were clean and the staff were all nice and smiling. My chicken apple salad was fresh and crisp and the chicken was cooked properly. My hubby says that the chili was good and so was his son of a baconator. This is definitely a place I would stop at again on my travels.
Stopped for breakfast. Ordered…Paid only to be asked to pull up to wait on fresh chicken at 7:35am. I waited for over 8 minutes before attempting to knock on door (locked). Ended up pulling off after no one came out and I didn’t want to be late for work. Called back to speak with manager(Jonathan).
Why doesn't anyone that works the drive thru say hello and thank you ?? I have had this experience more than one time and it's with the same woman at the "take your money window" and the same woman at the "get your food window". Terrible customer service! Went to this location and the staff was playing around and very rude. I didn’t receive some items and when I asked for them, the staff was rude about giving me what I paid for. I was rushed when my food was handed to me. Drive thru was fast and easy. Did not feel rushed to give my order. Fries were not very crisp and fresh. I tried the South West Avocado Salad...one very small scoop of avocado...just ok...I like the Taco Salad much better...but it's good to try something new. Prices on salads a bit overpriced IMHO.
