Were always on the lookout for little mom and pop dinners that make u feel like ur home where u walk in and all the regulars r there laughing at what someone just said .. very homely and the food was very good. We loved it we just had breakfast. But it was quick fast good service everyone's

I love this place ❤💕 It's a true mom and pop place. The food is good far prices. 😋 My children love this place to.

We were greeted as we entered which is always nice. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was good. We will go back.

The people are very friendly here. Made me feel at home! Very reasonable dinner prices too.

While in Connecticut for a softball tournament at a nearby complex my boyfriend and I stumbled upon Poppy’s. We pleasantly surprised to find out there wasn’t a crazy wait to get a table. The second we walked in and we were greeted by Poppy himself and the kind waitresses. Our drink orders were taken

The atmosphere is nice, very homey and friendly. Coffee is good. Unfortunately, the hash browns were so greasy I had to sop up the grease with several tissues to try to eat them. Breakfasts tend to be expensive. $7 for two eggs and toast... At least the grease was clean, but I won't be eating there

Great family run place. The staff (family) yells back and forth from the kitchen to the dining room - it fits the atmosphere. Pro tip- Spring for the hash browns and the corned beef hash. So good! Don't miss the local sodas. I would go back if I was ever in the area again.
