They just re-opened after remodeling. Attentive servers. Beers served with a frozen glass. Excellent salad bar, best in town. Great gravy, black beans, greens. The lamb shank, lamb chops, filet mignon, ribeye, pork loin, pork ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, sausage, were all very good. But make sure your green coaster is up when they pass by with the stuff they are serving from a chopping board rather than a sword: the beef rib - crazy good. The desserts looked great, but I couldn't eat more.

Server took 30 min to come back to get our drink order, told hostess, Wendy, and after that everything was amazing. Wendy needs to be a server, she was very attentive. The server was also refilling our waters and asked us if we wanted drink refills once as well. Wendy, you are a dear. Food was very good. Would bring friends/family. 12yo's are $17, adults $50. Drinks $9-10.50. Water is free.
Overall great experience. I came here with 3 other family members and we had an enjoyable time. I recommend calling in for a reservation. After your seated, check out the salad and hot bar. The meats were amazing, but the brisket was my favorite!!

One of the best restaurants I have been too in a long time. Food was amazing (excellent cold bar and variety of meats), very nice atmosphere and oh so clean! I promise you won’t leave this place hungry. Definitely will be going back.

If you love meat, this is the place!!! First time at this location. The selection of meat is amazing, cooked to perfection, and tasted great! The salad bar was excellent. Plenty to choose from, and fresh. To top it all, the servers were very friendly and the service was great. The Master Chef (I'm sorry, I forgot his name), was INCREDIBLE. He took the time and engaged with my daughter. He explained everything, he was attentive and he even sent over the food we requested. I haven't had this good of service in a very long time. A bit pricey compared with other restaurants for this type, but it's worth it! If you leave hungry that's your fault, because all the food is amazing.
Our dinner at Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse was terrific. Our server, Jeremy was very personable and knowledgeable. He was attentive without being hovering. Our meat server, Alana was efficient and attentive. The owner Anna-Marie was kind and came around to our table to introduce herself and make sure we had a good dining experience.
I want to especially give a shout out to Jeremy for checking on all the salad bar items to ensure that I could eat them due to my alpha-gal allergy. (Mammal allergy)

Wendy was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive. She never allowed our drinks to go empty and was so kind. Definitely one of the best waitresses I have had in a while. I also loved that the owner stopped by and checked to see how our dining experience was. We will absolutely be back!
Arrived as the doors open. Did not have a reservation so we were seated quickly and greeted by the entire staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Even though the meat selections were good, the salad bar was equally appealing. Drinks from the bar were properly balanced and refreshing.

This is a Brazilian steakhouse buffet style restaurant. The food was amazing!! Our waitress was extremely attentive and very nice. Everything is extremely fresh and the gauchos bring the multiple types of meat around every few minutes. You get a chance to taste a little bit of everything. I went with my daughter and we said we are going make this our new dinner spot. Whatever you do don't use the groupon because it actually makes your meal more expensive. Groupon automatically added a $27 gratuity (understandable) however the restaurant only includes gratuity if you have a party of 6 or more. So I ended up spending an extra $30 because it was just my daughter and I. So groupine will be beneficial I guess if you go with more than 6 people. I would have paid less money just paying for our food without the groupon. Again outside of the issue with groupon which has nothing to do with the restaurant this was an excellent experience and I definitely will be going back!!!
We had a Groupon which added a bottle of wine to our meal. We called ahead for a 7pm reservation for 2. When we got there the parking lot was mostly empty, typically not a good sign. We got seated promptly and there were probably only 5 or 6 other tables. The service was very good. The salad bar was excellent. The variety of meats was impressive, I never had an empty plate and I don't think I ever had same meat twice. I highly recommend this Brazilian restaurant, even if the parking lot isn't full. We will be back for sure.
We come once a year for birthdays. The service (Jeremy was our waiter) was even better than normal even with our large group of 17. The food is always good and I was well pleased that each gaucho made multiple passes around throughout the evening
WOW! I can’t say enough about this restaurant. Highly highly recommend this steakhouse if you’re in the area, and if you aren’t in the area, then you should make a trip anyways because this place is that good. Staff were all so friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is light and calm. Also very clean! Ask for the pineapple with cinnamon - blew my mind!!!!
