Not only does this location keep up with the incredible number of customers, but they do it with great personality and attention to detail. It has been a LONG time since I have found a Starbucks location that is so consistent with their level of quality. The ONE time a mistake was made with my drink was immediately corrected. Props to Hannah! Go team!!
One of my favorite Starbucks I go every Tuesday! They always have a great selection of cups which is always a bonus. Plus a very friendly, fast staff and of course amazing drinks, food & great service!
Not as quick, efficient, or friendly as other Starbucks but it did the job. I thought the drink and food tasted better than most. They layout of the store was not ideal; just a long narrow room.
I truly felt cared for when Moe (or Mo? Sorry I didn’t ask for the spelling) made my drink and I asked him if a different drink on the table was ok to take since it was left there. He told me it was ok and I told him that my brother was in the emergency care nearby, and offered to remake the drink fresh. I felt true concern and care from him, and hopefully he gets a raise/ more awareness towards him. And if you’re seeing this, thank you man. I hope everything goes your way.
It was great!! There was a man doing his work on his laptop enjoying the great atmasphere, they still have a large selection of danishes an pastries to choose from the employees are quick to serve with smiles and if you're not sure what you want, it's not a problem, they will assist you with picking out a drink for you
Like any other Starbucks, inside international plaza, it's shop in shop kind of concept. Small with mall seating arrangements. Staff is good. Not too much of rush. We had mics, cappuccino and latte. Good as always
Interesting place, with some history and they have a pretty good self guide set up. However, the volunteers working there are very nice too.

EDIT: since my original review, everything has gotten so much better. The manager I originally had an issue with has not made my coffee since my review and everything has been perfect. The girls who make my drink in the morning are so on point with my coffee they don’t ever miss and there’s about four different girls at this location who make my coffee perfectly. Honestly, this is my favorite location and Charleston. I really hate I had such an issue that one time so I felt the need to come back and leave a better review for the other girls..
Spend $20-$25 at this location every single day and my drinks have always been made perfect everything in a timely order but this morning I go in to get my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 8:25 I am standing there waiting like I normally do, and I noticed one person making the mobile order drinks and she seemed a little flustered, and had to remake a few drinks which is fine no judgment I know it’s a super fast paced position, but after waiting 10 minutes, my ticket still didn’t come through so the nice lady pushed it through for me as she said and as I was watching it being made, I noticed it didn’t look as it normally does. I ordered five shots of espresso with extra ice so usually my drink comes pretty dark. I like to taste my coffee, not milk, so the lady who was making it added a little bit too much milk, and I asked for an extra shot of espresso and she said I had to pay for it so I told her she put too much milk in my cup and I don’t normally have these issues and I shouldn’t have to pay for a shot so she got an attitude along with the lady next to her, considering I asked the lady next to her to make my coffee, because she normally makes it perfectly but she rolled her eyes along with the manager, apparently, who was making the mobile orders !!! so for the manager to be on the mobile order position to have an attitude with a customer when asking to fix something is very unprofessional I’ve never had an issue before honestly, the lady who walks around with the black hat and flowers on it needs to be the manager because she’s amazing. If I’m spending over $10 on a drink, it should be made the way I ask it to you.
This seems to be a solid, 4 star rated standard Starbucks location, as far as consistency in service, barista efficiency, items' available & store appearance goes.
There was a particularly cheerful male employee who stood out among the rest. He had a very enthusiastic disposition and kept the atmosphere quite lively.
The cashier was super friendly. Coffee was hot, and chocolate croissant was delightful.
