No wait, but the girl serving me made too much so she had to put into multiple bowls. I ordered a large bowl of founders favorite with cookie dough ice cream, and wasn't sad I had too much. Loved every bite.
We came in on 1/16 at around 230 pm. There was only one employee on duty. She said she was going to be the only employee there from 11 am to 5 pm. She had a constant flow of large groups of customers coming in while we were there. She handled herself very well and helped each customer extremely quickly. The manager or owner should think twice about only having one employee on duty at a time. She couldn't have even gone to the restroom if she had needed to, and that's absolutely not fair to her.
The cookie dough and brownie ice cream hit the spot ,but they just need to work on their custom service and they will be golden.
The kids enjoyed their ice cream, and the person helping was nice.
The young lady who helped me with a telephone order for cupcakes was AMAZING! She was so thoughtful to pack a wide range of toppings. They were a hit at the Birthday party. True super star Thank You
Love the ice cream here. Plenty of staff for a busy Sunday. The staff was extremely accommodating for us since we did have some food allergies. They went out of their way to ensure items were not contaminated. The only recommendation I would have is to increase inside seating (I'm not sure if it's been reduced due to covid).
After finding out the original ice cream shop that we wanted to go was closed, we decided on Cold Stone. My family was so glad we ended up at this location! The two guys working at the front counter were super friendly and hilarious which made the experience so much fun. I highly recommend going here.

I love everything about this place beside the fact that price went up a little. I never use to go here until my grandma wanted to get ice cream one day and ever since then we have been coming here (mainly her) to get some strawberry ice cream with strawberries mixed into it in a waffle cone that's in a bowl/cup. My favorite ice cream here would be the cotton candy. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Also, the staff are so polite.
The team members were phenomenal. Pierre stood out the most and was very nice. He made my ice cream and I told him to create whatever he wanted. He did an outstanding job. He was extremely nice and his customer service and attitude towards his job was great. I'm beyond happy!!! 👍❤ would give 6 stars if i could

When we visit Cold Stone it's usually later in the evening and the staff is always super upbeat and always friendly. Service goes a long way.
It doesn't hurt that the ice cream is delicious and there always seems to be something new.
The indoor seating is a bit limited, but they have a few spots outside as well. The prices are reasonable; $8 for an ice cream date isn't terrible and they offer a punch card.
