Friendly staff. Other customer grabbed our bag of food (ordered from app), and the customer who took our food was really rude. When this happens, the staff offered to re-make our order and was patient with all of it. Challenging situation but appreciated the attentiveness.

Every once in a while, I'll drive by Dunkin' to buy the largest sweet tea available. The tea taste homemade.. that's a huge plus for me. The price is unbeatable. Every employee I've come into contact with has always been hospitable and friendly.
