Awesome five guys, the restaurant is clean, tables are clean, and the soda area is clean. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the food, well, is five guys classic food. In other words, awesome. Est a couple peanuts while you wait
As far as fast food goes, these are pretty good burgers and fries are pretty awesome!! Service is pretty low, but I order online and take it home, so it doesn't bother me that much.
Always delicious and made to order! No precooked burger patties or twice fried French fries, everything is freshly cooked right when u order it. The only thing I would say that they could improve on would be to season the burgers, but they're still amazing the way they are!
Nov, 2020 - per my previous review, I LOVE Five Guys, however, my last two visits have resulted in the same issue, 2-day old bacon. Ew. First of all, you can tell bacon is old just by looking at it. The attached pic is of my Little Bacon Cheeseburger and right away you can SEE that the bacon is old bc it's all crumbled and very dark & the taste test proved it to be true. Also, it was in a little pile on one side of the burger🤦‍♀️. I will still go to Five Guys, mostly bc MY guys love it, but I will be certain to ask for fresh(er) bacon and I would def advise everyone to, at the very least, ask if the bacon is fresh before ordering. Btw, I was there at 5:30pm. No excuse for old bacon.

Food is always good, friendly service. The dbl burger and large frie and there large can set you back 20 bucks.
We were very pleased with our service. Trumane was working so hard by himself and he went above and beyond to make sure the dining area was clean and ready to open at 11. The food was out fast and it was so good.
Had a lovely experience at this Five Guys recently.The new General Manager really cares about customer service and making sure the food is hot and fresh. If you stopped in previously and had a bad experience, I invite you to give them another chance now. You won’t be disappointed!
I walked in & the lovely Energetic Brittney & Jackson helped me and my brother ! She was the most kindest person I met in a long time. My experience today was amazing because of her! I will definitely come back. Such a positive soul she definitely adds value to the Five Guys Crew on Dorchester road.
Went there with family after a morning graduation. The cashier was new. Salute her for working hard.
The experience was great. Ordered little burgers, cheeseburger and fries.
The order was done quickly. She had to get assistance from a coworker in ringing the order. Did great and we were patient.
The food was great.
It was such a nice day to eat outside under umbrella tables.
Absolutely amazing experience! Its raining like the sky is gonna fall out! There lights flicked and i thought my pregnancy craving might go unsatisfied...but they still took our order, and still kept a great attitude. So close to closing i thought for sure theyd call it a night. Thank you Five Guys friday night crew! Finally got time for a date and you guys made it possible!
