I just wanna give this store a 5 stars. The young man working tonight (10/14 ) around 8:30pm. He was sooo nice!! đ„čđ„č we asked for vinaigrette and he was just so nice about it.

Workers were great to point out the best options from the selection. Consistently the best chipotle in the area in terms of customer service, food quality, and experience. I go out of my way to come to this chipotle over all others in the area.

Literally the only Chipotle I have gone to in South Carolina where the employees werenât complete a**holes. For once I found a location where Iâm not given attitude and the employees donât look miserable to be at work.
Had a bowl and dined it.

My typical experience here is very positive. The food always seems fresh, the line moves quick, and everyone is really nice (they are generous with the portions, especially proteins). There have only been a few times where something interrupted the experience like equipment being out of order; which is not anyone's fault, it happens. This is still my go-to for Chipotle in the Charleston area.

A nice Chipotle and experience. The staff behind the counter were pleasant and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious and the portion size hearty. Chipotle is a regular stop for me and my family and this establishment is a good choice to make for us.

I came here with my long distance girlfriend. We had just finished up a tough lift and wanted something anabolic. It met and exceeded our goals on this particular front. Very generous portions when it came to the rice and meat. However, I have two notes. The rice was egregiously lime flavored. She got white rice and I got brown rice. They both were reminiscent of biting into a lime (I should know, Iâve done the very thing once or twice during my youthful college days). I didnât even know that there was lime in the rice. Further, the chips were under cooked. Lacked the crispiness Iâve known to look forward to. Not enough to ruin a meal, but not the chipotle I know and love.

Guac was amazing... burrito was subpar... whole meal was overpriced... I live in an area without Chipotle & have only been once on a vacation so I was excited to try it again.
Guess I expected too much or something because it wasn't as good as the first time & staff wasn't super helpful as I asked questions.
Also definitely not enough chips given for the guac I bought... Don't hoard chips guys!

I rarely leave reviews at all, but the employees at this location are so rude. We ordered online ahead of time because we were running short on time. We got to the restaurant about 5 minutes before our pickup time and immediately let them know we were here. Not only were they 10 minutes late making the food (they instead made everyone in line's food first, even though we'd ordered ahead), but multiple employees rolled their eyes to our faces, would barely acknowledge that we were talking to them, and the cashier glared at us from the moment we walked in. Ridiculous.

Ordered online from here multiple times and every time I wait so long I'd have been better off waiting in line. At least they'd get the order correct that way. I got offered a free drink "for the wait" when I already had 2 drinks on the order every time. Never again. Go to the North Charleston store instead. They actually do things correctly.

They ran out of the same meat twice before I ordered. The amount of meat and cheese that was given in my burrito was nowhere near the amount that chipotle normally gives at other locations. They need to step it up a little bit to reach the caliber of service at other locations.

After I worked there for 2 years, I see the restaurant going more and more downhill through the incompetent general manager. I used to love working there and I love to serve our customers which I dearly miss as well as my crew. But to see on a daily basis that we are either out of supplies, money change because there hasn't been money orders made which are basic and essential, customers and also we as employees getting frustrated. I know we had always some issues but it never got to that point that we can't give the customers forks or change back!! On top of that she doesn't take charge as a General manager and panics if it gets busy and has trouble to keep people in their positions and to get online orders on time and correctly out. I quit 2 days ago and I feel very relieved not to be part of that mess again, to the same time I miss the customers. Even in our worst times they were patient which I really respect. Today I placed an order with my coworkers..worst experience as a 1st time customer. My order was as clear as day, and it was wrong. I was charged for something that I didn't order, and they didn't even put it in the bag! Awful service when I called back to advise of what had happened, all that was said was ok, and the woman hung up the phone! Ridiculous!
