Lost a star for the lack of fries in my "large" fries. Not even filled halfway. Very disappointing!! Normally the service and food are excellent. Super easy to order online and pick up in the drive through.

Great place! A fantastic Chick-fil-A! My only problem is that the parking lot is chaotic and hard to navigate. If you park too close to the drive through, you may get stuck.

It’s the BEST chick-fil-a location in Charleston. Gold standard for sure. I hate having to go to other locations because it can be a gamble. The Rivers Ave location is a guaranteed slam dunk every time. Food is always hot and fresh tasting & service is top notch.

This is one of the fastest Chick-Fil-A's you'll go to. They have three ordering lanes and multiple people out there getting orders. Very clean inside and friendly and cheerful staff. The manager is often outside working right along side the employees. Their play area is open for kids again as well.
