Always clean. I would say 99% of the games are always working. The people who work there are really nice and helpful. Little salad bar not to shabby and the kids always go for the pizza. Don't sleep on Chuck E. Cheese. Super clean, all the games worked, food was quick and good. Kids had a blast.
Hate to say it, but so much cheaper and cleaner than Charleston Fun park in Mount Pleasant. I was able to get 90 minutes of unlimited games for my kids for 35 bucks each. I think I dropped
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The service was great and the food was even better. Shot out to the cook my pizza was hot and fresh
We were there early last Saturday and held a birthday party with 10 kids. The service was good. The food was good. I was skeptical at first because of the other reviews I read but all in all, it was good. The younger staff seemed shy but that can be remedied. Thank you Charleston team for a good exp
It has really changed since I last been here. It was really inviting this time. The kids had a blast and so did I. Everything was good including the food..wings were a little small tho. But over all it was a good time had by all
We always have a great time here. We've been to them in several different states. The new play as much as you want for an hour pass works great. We buy two for our family of 5 and share, and everyone gets their fill. The pizza isn't half bad, and the salad bar is clean and tidy. For what it
Place was packed. But not the hectic mess it usally is with baba kids running around. Our kids had a blast. Too bad no daily buffet. But 10 dollars for 30 minute unlimited play pass we got our moneys worth having a family of 8. Will return couldnt get many pics because of the crowding. Overall loved
Our Twin 2 year old daughters had an amazing time. The staff was amazing and professional, the facility was clean and safe. We will definitely be back!! Thank you
Thank you Kai !!!! You helped make our daughters Birthday a great experience!! While there where several parties happening at once, and the ticket blaster didn't want to cooperate. You kept your cool and where super professional. It was pretty busy aside from the parties but everything went exactly
Went for my 17th birthday and my big siblings 19th birthday, we had a good time! Food is mediocre but it's not why you go, the staff was nice and my big brother made a friend. It's basically a glorified arcade with a lot of children and security.
Thought it was going to be super crowded and busy for the time I went and it was definitely not. It was very nice and the kids enjoyed themselves! Definitely will take them again ☺️
Wow! Totally redone inside, my first thought was of how CLEAN it was inside. Big improvement! We did a birthday there last weekend and were impressed by the renovation. Pizza is always good, I can never stop eating it. Our "helper" was just okay.
Best ChuckECHEESE we have been to (we have been to over 10). Its HUGE inside & well spaced out. Has a bunch of games (all which seem to have been kept up with) . It's also super clean & the staff was very helpful.
Love that it was super clean and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious .
