Asked for ketchup, they said "it's in the bag".
Last week: same story... Both times no ketchup. Went inside and they explained they have very little ketchup.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. Waited a long time for my order and never got my drink. They had to remake another guy's food multiple times because they kept getting the order wrong. 0/10 do not recommend.

Showed up at 830 am no sign on the door saying no dine in doors were locked and ladies inside didn't bother to say or sign anything to me just looked at me and kept talking to each other. The Google listing states it is open for dine in. At least fix the listing so I don't waste my time.
They don't have the lobby doors open ever. Food delivery pick up drivers are canceling their orders because they have to wait in a long line to pick up food that's been ready. So people are ordering after the customers and not getting their food fresh.
If you try to get food after 7/8pm they are usually not gonna take your order. Giving a two star, cause usually the food is good. Not sure what happens to the employees after a certain time. Waited in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. When we got to the speaker to order no one greeted us. After7 or 8 minutes we said "hello?", at which time they immediately responded with "one minute", and we continued to wait.
