Great service here. We always feel so welcomed by the crew and manager when we eat here. My wife and I visit so often that they know exactly what each of us want to order immediately upon entering the store.
Placed a mobile order. When I arrived there was a line, so I was glad all I had to do was give them my name and they handed me my sub. I got their Original Italian sub and it was delicious!!
We just stopped in for sandwiches to go but the food was excellent with fast, friendly service. My husband and granddaughter declared their chocolate chip cookies the best we had ever purchased!! Will definitely visit again.
A year ago I must have been in this same mood. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at this location! I love my sandwich with a little extra pickles and banana peppers and they go above and beyond! They are always on point even without asking for extra. I will always recommend and go here. Best location ever!!!!
After and very long and not so good day I decided to order 2 subs. All I wanted was extra pickles and Banana Peppers. Thank you to who ever made these subs because I definitely got exactly what I was wanting! This is why I love this location! 🥰
Great spot for lunch. They’re always so accommodating with gluten free options as well. Had an issue yesterday with cheese ending up on my sub which I cannot have due to dairy issues but Jared was very understanding and was able to help me out today. 10/10 will recommend this location to everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
It was super busy! Everyone was so amazing and nice. Even with it being so busy it was still super clean.
Best cheese steaks. I call ahead and place an order over the phone while I am driving there so when I get there it is ready and waiting for me. Great staff at this location.
Always the same great taste at any location! Nothing beats the fresh baked bread, sliced meats, cheese and vegetables. Mike's way makes toppings easy or tweak it a little to suit your taste. Leftover subs seem better the next day after marinating in the fridge over night. The sandwich bowls are huge!

Perfect sandwich when I ordered it at the beginning of the month. I have been purchasing the gluten free the last several times at the university Blvd location and I was use to the way their bread was. Now I’m starting to think that I’ve been receiving unfresh bread compared to the sandwich I received from this location. Awesome job guys! That sandwich couldn’t have been any more perfect that you made me!
The entire team is amazing here! My daughter won't eat a sandwich from any place else and in order to accommodate her they literally open up a few minutes early for me to grab her sandwich and make it to her school for lunch time. The sandwiches are always prepared perfectly, management is professional and courteous and it really is a great start to my day! Team, I appreciate you greatly!

A little bit pricey but it’s actually worth it at the end of the day you do you get what you pay for and they have amazing customer service the guys really know their sandwiches is a Phillies is by far the best item on their menu!
I do like the fact that they have signs before you come in stating that a mask is required in order to get full service or any service at all that is extremely refreshing to see from a chain as most chains don’t even do that at this point!
The Philly cheesesteak sandwich has a lot of diversity to it a lot of taste you can customize it to your liking you can get anything that you would like on it I suggest you just keep a very simple and extremely basic as the sandwich really does pack a punch their meat is re-season to taste the bell peppers give it that nice little kick of taste it is absolutely one of the best sandwiches they I have tried pretty much every sandwich but this one really does stand out.
If you decide to eat inside the restaurant is always clean they do have 6 feet apart sitting and you can sit with a party of four and a table but that is the maximum capacity at this point from what I have been able to view inside of the restaurant! They do also deliver via Uber eats and door dash.
What a killer place! It's the staff that truly makes this place pop! You can go in on a crazy busy day and they will get you hooked up with an amazing experience. This place makes you feel like family. Definitely stop in and give them a try
Sub are really good, but price a little to high for me for simple sandwich. But to eat one in a month is not bad. Service are good and the customer service as well. Is not pack so you can eat and order quick. Fridays night is the only day I see it pack.
