We were seated immediately for “Date Night”.
For someone who doesn't typically dine out, for health reasons, it took about 45 minutes from seating, to receive our food.
However, Ms. Emma, our waitress was EXCELLENT!
My husband’s whole flounder; cooked to perfection!
My perch was also cooked to perfection!
Baked potatoes were overcooked but still eatable.
Okra was seasoned and cooked well too!
Hushpuppies, oh, gosh! Delicious!!!
And last, Emma made our Arnold Palmers on point for each refill!

I was pleasantly surprised. Have not been here in a while. Food was good, broiled seafood platter. Katlyn my waitress was the best I have had in a long time. Besides the food, she was outstanding, and although they were a little busy, she was very attentive. Will definitely start going more often.
Update 3\21\23.
I eat here once every weekend. Today however when I ordered, (always a broiled platter) and always good with salad and side, a good bang for your buck. But I got scallops which I did not order but was charged for as an extra. Not happy about that, did not say anything but will be more aware in the future.

I recently visited this seafood restaurant, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the oysters and seafood platter were delicious. The staff was friendly, and I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood.

The staff and food were great! Emma was a great waitress and paid great attention to us as customers. Great spot with great prices and massive portions.

Our server Morgan was Awesome. She was very attentive and made sure we were good. Also noticed she was personable by talking with other people she was serving, which shows made everyone feel welcomed like being amongst friends and family and not being known being just a guest.
Overall, and as always, this place rocks.

Older Seafood restaurant, but four stars for generous portions and good servers. I had fried seafood combination. Food was OK+, but the fried fish was definitely a standout (would get that next time). Fries were above-average, too. Other items generally overcooked. We had onion rings as appetizer and they were good, you could really taste the onion, and they too were a generous portion. They did give a laughably small amount of coleslaw though, which tasted good.

BlueBay is my go-to restaurant when I want decent seafood in my town. My daughter took me for Mother's Day, and we shared a memory, she was 2 weeks old on her first visit to BlueBay, she is now 27. BlueBay has remained consistent in how they deliver their product. While many new economists would frown at their lack of changing with the times, faithful devoted patrons like me appreciate their commitment to their customers and not to frequently changing trends. Their food has tasted the same for the past 30 years, it's always fresh and yummy. Service is always on point; I cannot speak of one bad service I've had in 30 years.

The service was great. The food was plentiful and even have lunch for Monday. There is always a wait to order as not many good fish places around. This is a great place to eat in or take out as you get plenty.

Traveling through with work. Delicious seafood and the they give you plenty. The desserts are very yummy as well. We will be back next trip. Maybe can try out the AYCE Crab legs next time.

Stopped in for lunch. You can get most of the items boiled or fried. The small players were more than we could eat. The kids plates were huge too. The kids grilled cheese though was on a hamburger bun which no kid will enjoy. They do provide hush puppies at the table and those were good.

Our server was great and the food was good 👍

Good food in generous quantities. Entrees are very modestly priced as well. Great place to bring the family or even a casual date night. Atmosphere is very casual.
Update: We hadn't been back in a while, but finally decided to visit again. The atmosphere was the same and the staff was overall soll friendly but this visit was far from the same as previous visits. Our waitress asked if we wanted lemon with our water. We all said no, but when our waters came they all had lemon wedges. We just set those aside. My daughter's and wife's plates were ok, but the coleslaw tasted a bit strange. I couldn't exactly put my finger on what was off but it just wasn't good. My mixed vegetables had an almost chemical taste too them to the point where I couldn't eat them. The salad had brown edges on the lettuce. The garlic toast was toasted but had almost no butter or garlic. My steak was medium rare on one side and extremely rare, almost blue-rare on the other side. How do you even do this on a 12 oz ribeye? The scallops were really good, but that was basically the only good part of my meal. I had eaten half my steak and was noticing it get progressively more rare but when I got to the middle I cut what was left in 4 pieces and it was cold in the center still. The waitress offered to put it back on the grill, which surprised me since this is a Serve-Safe no-no.
Another waitress was balancing a full pitcher of ice water on a tray and lost control of it. She dumped the entire pitcher onto a nearby guest and their table and booth seat. In all trying to figure out why she didn't have the pitcher in her other hand, which was free, by the handle.
Overall, i think it will be a long while before we come back again, if we even do come back. It is a shame, because they used to have great food and great service, but things have obviously gone way down hill.

We were here last night around 7pm.
About 9 people ate in the Restaurant. Our Waitress was on top of everything.
I ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye Steak with Flounder.
My Woman had the Seafood platter,
( fried scallops, fried shrimp, fried clams, Fried Flounder and a Baked potato ). Her plate was loaded.
We had Mozzarella cheese sticks and hush puppies too.
The meal cost $ 48.00. The tip was $ 12.00.
Of course we had to get a doggy bag.
They even had the Big Fireplace on last night. Usually during the week days is the best time to go. It's less crowded. But on weekends it's packed.

Been dining here for years & I can say that they are very consistent. The food is always good + they have the best Fried Oysters that I have ever eaten. I highly recommend those.

Food was great ... but my favorite part was the friendly service and the sweetest waitress ever. Her name is Callie ... she was very attentive, I never once had to ask for a refill, she checked on us multiple times and was nice the entire time ... her attitude never wavered. Will definitely be back 😁

Served very fast and hot. Friendly staff that kept the refills coming. Egg drop soup along with their pan fried noodles were delicious!
