Working retail during the holiday season, we have to serve our customers until late hours at night. This Arby's has one of the kindest team member I've ever had the pleasure to order from. The food was on point and hot, and despite being told to wait for my order (always wait for good food and service!!) It really was not much of a wait at all!
My appreciation for attentive and not to mention sweet-natured service knows no bounds from my experience after a long and stressful shift at work. Thank you!!!!
I believe in second chances so I went back this past Saturday around 130ish. I used the drive through. This time I ordered the $6 wings and crinkle fries box with a large Sprite. (I got the hot honey ones.) The staff was courteous and pleasant, my food was handed carefully to me instead of thrown at me.(like the last time)The wings were served hot, fresh,and tasted delicious! The only complaint I had is that they gave me curly fries instead of the crinkle fries that were supposed to come with it. That is the only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5. I can't stand their curly fries. The spices on them upsets my stomach and causes my tongue and lips to go numb. The bottom line is I'm glad I gave them a second chance and will go back again. 🙂
Service was simply slow. Maybe it's staff, or maybe it's training. I try to avoid fast food restaurants because they have lost touch with the principal of fast service. As a side note, I was picking up an online order. They have totally flip the idea of online ordering on it's head.
Orlando has to be the kindest person I have ever met through a drive through. I drove over the bridge craving motzarella sticks trying to get there before they closed. I got there around 20 minutes before but almost all lights were off except for inside so I thought they had closed earlier than was stated they do and was a little… disgruntled openly at the order speaker thinking no one was there. However Orlando was so kind and understood and made my experience and night way better. Take notes and pay that man more 🤌🏻
I wish I had gotten his name, but it was the gentleman who was manning the Drive-thru on Tuesday (11/28/23) around 6:00pm.. He had light brown hair and it was in a little braid in the back.
He was the most pleasant, well spoken person I think I've ever dealt with on the other end of a drive-thru speaker...
Most these days are very hard to communicate with and they're just kind of abrupt and a little rude. That seems to be the norm wherever you go, but this guy was amazing.
He is a rare find in this day and age.
I hope Arby's knows what an asset they have.

Dog loves him ❤️ some Arby's roast beef! Jester is 12 and as loyal as they come. He has been through a lot and most certainly knows who his daddy is and surprisingly got to speak dog! Jester says yum to afternoon Arby's!
Dwayne was awesome! Love this location always fresh food and cold drinks :)))
