Tried this place for the first time today with my wife. I got the featured Smokin Chicken Bacon BBQ pita. It had a great balance of sweet and spicy. The crew inside was welcoming, fast and friendly. For the size of our pitas + combo, the price was great! We will definitely be back to try another pita in the near future! Thank you!

I've had personal good experiences before when I walked in and ordered in person.
However, I ordered through Uber Eats today, and maybe I'm confused. I assumed the description of the Pita is what it comes with, and whatever I add on is additional.
If what I'm adding on negates what the description says, it still doesn't make since what I received.
Description of Baja Chicken Bacon Ranch: Chicken, Bacon, Grilled Onions, Avocado, Romaine, Cilantro, Pepper jack Cheese, Jalapeno Ranch
I added on: Romaine, Tomato, Black Olives, Onion, and Mushroom
What I got: Chicken, Bacon, Iceburg Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olive, Raw Onions, and Mushroom.
If I'm "adding on" veggies, there should be some sort of notification that I'm completely negating the description of the Pita.
Had a pita with no sauce or anything to bring it together. One of my worst Pitas received. Past positive experiences bring this to 3 stars.
Update 7-30-19: The owner has already contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience. He explained that due to people not wanting certain items on the menu, they go by what you order, rather than the pre-defined description of the Pita. It is an issue with Uber Eats. I'm giving back a star for the quick response from the owner, and as I said before, the previous positive experiences from this location.
This location is right next to my house, and I love coming into get a quick bite to eat on a Saturday afternoon. The staff welcomes customers through the door, and helps them make decisions on what they want to eat by listening to the customer. It is easy to see that the staff makes every inclination to guide the customer and put their needs first. The store is extremely clean and has an inviting atmosphere. I love coming to this Pita Pit and having a nice Gyro Pita with my wife. Highly recommend this wonderful quick bite to eat.
Excellent food and service. Only caution is read the menu carefully. I ordered the Gyro and didn't realize it included other meats (would have ordered lamb only). But it was so huge that I could only eat half! Will definitely return.
Great experience! The employees were fast, respectful, and clean. I'm a big fan of Pita Pit, and also a big fan of the experience of dining out. My experience here was much better than most other stores I've been to, and would recommend this location to others.
We like going here as a nice switch from the other sandwich places. It always feels like an unknown option. We've never seen more than 6 people here at a time which means you'll always get your food quick. My personal favorite is the Buffalo Chicken, make sure you get it with feta cheese.
Great place for lunch. Build your own !! Clean, and fresh products. Friendly and professional staff.
Great fast service! Veggies crisp & fresh. Many toppings for your Pita. Tuna is dry until you add what ever sauce u want. This is great so the tuna isnt runny & dripping with water. I ordered double meat thinking of subway. It wasnt necessary here!!

The best hummus ever! The food was fresh and fast , the service was amazing and the place was very clean. I highly recommend this pita pit restaurant to everyone that enjoys great vegetarian dishes. The best !!!!!!!
