This location and staff is fantastic. The line's usually very long when I come by for lunch, but they are quick, efficient, and friendly. The one time I ever had an issue, they fixed it immediately and I left happy.

The spicy recipe is the only reason this place is relevant. Everything else is just meh. The staff act like they either are over worked or their family runs the business with a strange aura of apathy towards the consumers.

Just ordered a family meal. Paid almost $70 just to be shorted the 8 piece biscuits. I called them 4 times for a resolution and no one answered. Really unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this location.

Their really really slow, I wasted 7 miles of gas sitting in this drive thru. Mac and cheese is good, but they give you way less than the other Popeyes on Auburn. Never have sauces. The person that was helping me was nice and professional.

I order 10 piece only thighs when l got home they gave me eveything drums breast wings and only 2 thighs.
