They are always out of glazed donuts! :( I've come in at least 4 times looking to get donuts, sometimes even in the morning, and they are out of one if not multiple kinds of donuts. Great place overall though, cheap coffee, just not reliably stocked.
They are constantly out of glazed donuts, i went in and waited 20+ min for my coffee and beagle to be done! The workers were sitting on the counter where it says “pick up”. they were laughing and not getting things done, i had to wait 20+ for a coffee and beagle, ridiculous.
The service is fast and the coffee is great! Sometimes, they have very few selections of donuts.
Generally, I despise chains, but If you can’t find a mom and pop coffee shop hit up Dunkin! The wait staff was super nice. Ice coffee was solid, but watch your sizes they are huge! If your a donut person, they are solid! It is located in an easy to get to corner of a gas station off a main street
You must have the butter pecan iced coffee- with cream, sugar and cold foam! Or try the hot chocolate! You can't go wrong!
I love DD, but not this location. I will drive the extra miles to the Coralville location. They messed my order up too many times and are unprofessional. Dunkin is one of the only places I treat myself too, I have celiac. Great customer service but I have been going to this location since they opened and never seem to have my drink made correctly or consistent
I've given this location multiple tries because it's conveniently close to my work, but I won't be returning again. Each time I've gotten a hot coffee of whatever form it's ALWAYS burnt. I don't know if you guys are brewing your beans too long or what but stop burning your coffee! No amount of sugar
