Papa Johns Pizza - North Little Rock - Photo album

Pizza tastes great. My main issue is accuracy of the wait times. If the pizza is going to be ready in an hour, be honest with the time. When you tell me 30 min and I get there in 30 min and you tell me it’ll be another 25 min, that’s when it can make the experience negative. I’ve worked in customer
My papadia came to me tonight as a greasy mess. For pizza without meat there should not be grease so bad you can wring it out. While I am getting it replaced it is taking another hour to get it and the manager, Keisha, was totally rude. I have never been so disappointed! I didn't even tell them abou
I'm not one to complain and if the store (or driver, he looked like he was running as fast as he could) is struggling right now I feel bad. However, this was terrible. Ordered at about 5pm and the first driver failed to deliver at about 6pm. Called the store, they said they would remake my order

On Aug 27, 2020 I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. On the phone we were told it would be 45 minutes. We decided to order online to use the papa bucks. When we placed the order it said 63-73 minutes. At 60 minutes we called the store because online it showed they were still “making” our pizza. They to
3rd time in 5 orders that I didnt recieve sauces I paid for. It took almost 1.5 hours all 3 times and the pizza wasn't made correctly. On the latest order, there was so much sauce I couldn't pick the slices up (marked normal) and crust was doughy.
Bad papa johns. Took forever then forgot the sauce for my papa dilla. Never again.
I stopped ordering Papa John’s when the CEO and founder decided it was prudent to badmouth NFL players who take a stand against inequality. Tonight I wanted pizza, but DoorDash doesn’t service Domino’s. So I relented and ordered from Papa John’s. The pizza arrived cold. Now I have two reasons.
