THE place for really great BarBQ! We usually eat outside at the picnic tables, but they also have indoor seating as well. Nothing fancy for atmosphere, but one of our favorite places!
Absolutely fantastic place to eat, I took my food to go but there are plenty of tables to sit down at. First the sides were great but the meat? Excellent. I was lucky enough to get the ribs right after they came out and the meat literally fell off the bone. Would definitely stop here again!

While we didn't have to wait at all, which is unusual for a restaurant in MB, the service was a bit poor (the server noticeably wanted to get out of there), although we did show up a half hour before closing. Closing time is 7:00, which in my opinion is a bit early. We ended up leaving at 7:00, sinc
I'm not a big fan of Carolina BBQ, so i was concerned that Old South only offered that. I was able to order the meat I wanted, and there were maybe half a dozen different sauces to choose from. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
The food was great. The slaw was different from anything we have had, a little spicy and good. The beans were good and I loved the fries. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.
Just had the ribs here and they were fantastic! Literally falling off the bone and really tasty. Among the best I've ever had!! All of the staff were really friendly and helpful too. Go there, you won't regret it!!
