Don’t go swimming if you don’t want the dive. Overall- a really fun experience. Stick to the oysters and easy drinking beer. Steam kettles were pretty good too. No frills but I can get behind basic and easy. Staff was great. I will definitely go back next trip for more raw oysters and cheap beer!

My wife and I came for some appetizers and a drink and enjoyed ourselves. We got the oysters Rockefeller and crab dip and they were both delicious. The waitress was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere was cool with a dive beach bar feel and they have a good selection of a handful of draft beers. Prices are fair considering we got two seafood dishes. All in all it was a good experience.

2023 June - Came here with a buddy from out of town for lunch, it wasn't busy. As usual, great food although the prices are going up (blame the economy). 2023 - This place is truly a hidden gem. On the outside it isn't much to look at and the parking is very limited. This is our "go to" in our neighborhood because no matter what you order its going to be good as well as prices are reasonable and there are a lot of happy hour choices. One of my favorite is the happy hour buffalo shrimp. 2019 - Great food, don't tell the tourists.

One of the Best Places in North Myrtle for steamed oysters and old bay and beer shrimp. We have now been there to dine close to 10 times. Consistent great food and service! If you haven’t tried it your missing out! 10 out of 10!

Great place! Great decor. We had great service from our waiter Xavier! Tried all 4 happy hour appetizers! Loved the oysters. Really liked the breading on the fried shrimp! We each tried a different dinner and they were all great! Great portions too! We will definitely go back to try more of the dinners, appetizers and oysters selections!

Had oysters on the half shell and the seafood platter (Cajun style), but substituted baked potato for fries & the waiter recommended substituting grouper instead of flounder (small upcharge); it was a great recommendation. They even told my wife she could get the mixed vegetables instead of slaw, which she did. (I was a little disappointed in the slaw, but it was okay) Everything was great. Will be back next time.

Not sure how to explain this place, other than just a fun place to visit. A must stop, every time I'm in Myrtle Beach. The decor is aquatic, and a little dated, but they make it work. Visiting a place that's the same as you remember can be refreshing. The food is great and the staff is awesome! I go at Happy Hour, so the prices are very reasonable. You need to try it, at least once. I'll bet you'll be back!

We had steamed crawfish and mussels withe the Old Bay and beer. The mussels were seasoned more than the crawfish, but the crawfish were still pretty good. They know how to pour a Guinness in the right glass with the perfect head. The restaurant was crowded and had a good atmosphere. Parking was a bit difficult. I also tried the Hawaiian tuna. It was cooked perfectly, seared on the outer 2 mm with the rest still red on the inside.

Good experience. We ordered the hot crab dip, fried calamari, and a steam pot. Steam pot was delicious. Oysters in steam pot were okay they were covered in sand like they hadn't been washed off. Other seafood, corn, and potatoes in steam pot was great and cooked well. Shrimp was exceptional, if we return I would order a shrimp kettle. Smoking is allowed inside which I was not aware of before going.

Vacationing from Chicago and i was looking forward to haveing sone fresh seafood and chose this place. So good!! Loved everything. Crab dip, oysters Rockefeller, and a half dozen raw as appetizers. My mom had the seafood dinner and chose the flounder broiled which was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I ordered the Rockefeller steam pot with lobster and it was the standout of my whole trip! Everything was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The seafood was so fresh Everything I was hoping for. Very happy! I wanted to make another trip before I came home but sadly didn't have the time. I will definitely visit again!

Rockefellers has been one of our must go places in Myrtle Beach for years! The chumbo is a favorite - a mix of the clam chowder and the gumbo. A bowl is a very generous portion and enough to share with a couple of people. We also really enjoyed the Calamari. For dinner we had the golfers special - angel hair pasta with shrimp, mussels, and scallops. We split this as well and they brought it out split into two bowls for us! It's a small place so there can be a bit of a wait, especially around happy hour, but it's worth it! Can't recommend it enough!
