Food was really good awsome service waiter i think his name is Emilio was super nice everyone is friendly Seafood platter "broiled "was perfect and good value variety of fish , my husband was picking everything from my dish and already planning to come back during our vacation💯 👍
First time here while on vacation. My filet was cooked perfectly and was so tender!! The stuffed shrimp were fantastic as well. My wife's prime rib was incredible also. Next time we're down here we'll be back for sure.
Super nice staff and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The seafood was a bit over cooked but tasty enough. The vegetable of the day was (and probably always is) the standard mix of carrot, broccoli, squash and cauliflower and was a little mushy to me. A couple of options would be nice. Some folks say they love the bread and it was good but really nothing special. Pleasant, relatively pricey meal. Extra star for service with three star food.
Food was good. Had the steak and shrimp. I believe the price was higher than quality. Still a good place but needs value adjusting.
Omg what a great place to eat! The atmosphere, service and large selections of food for every person made our visit wonderful!! You can get a burger, sandwich, pasta, steak or seafood all at one place! The portions were large and filled us up! Every person got what they wanted and every meal was yummy! Nice to have so many options, even for the kids! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Grill House!

Myrtle Beach. So good we went back a 2 ND time. Tendal was an amazing server! So good we requested her the 2 ND time also! The bread was very good also besides our appetizers and dinner! The key lime pie is also very good!
I have been several places to eat, as I am here from Illinois, this was by far, the best. From the moment we got seated, our waitress, Casey, who was extremely good, and so friendly. the bread they serve is delicious, the salad, the meal and everything else was perfect. Even the ambiance was great. I am very picky, and I would rate this a 10 if I could. We accidentally found it while turning around, but I will definitely be going back soon.

I can’t say enough good about the Grill House when it comes to Marilyn and the staff here. It is a must go place to eat when I’m on vacation in North Myrtle Beach which is 3 weeks a year. The Food here is wonderful and delicious! I have never ever had a bad meal here. I have been a patron here for many years. Since I have had about everything on the menu it would be difficult to recommend one item over another. Home cooked and delicious! One of the people writing a review mentioned the cost. Food Costs are high everywhere and your not eating fast food at this establishment. This is the place you go for great food, service, and enjoy!
The BEST of the high quality local eateries. We've dined here for MANY years, every time we are in the area. We are all about the nicer chain style restaurants, but you would do yourself a disservice by not eating here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Try the the fried cheesecake - one of the house specialties.

My family went in for dinner, there were 11 of us, and were extremely happy with our experience! Our server, Spencer, was so polite and made sure we always had refills and bread. The food was absolutely fantastic! Everyone loved their entrees and thought the prices were very fair for the portions we got. If we happen to be traveling through north myrtle beach again, we would definitely go again!
The Grill House had long been a favorite of our family's. We love their steaks and seafood! And tonight is no exception! We are always greated warmly and the staff is professional and polite. The meal comes out promptly and is cooked to perfection every time!
I spoke with the owner about how the restaurant is faring nowadays. She said weekends are pretty good but Tuesday and Wednesday are hard, very hard. So if you have a mind for an excellent meal, they have steaks, ribs, seafood, chicken, homemade soups, especially on their tough days, head on over! You will not be disappointed! Yum! P.S. the bread is DELICIOUS!
Delightful atmosphere, very cordial staff. Great menu...strongly recommend the rack of ribs, succulent, tender pork with just the amount of savory barbeque sauce! Competitive prices...Early Bird prices & menu are a great choice!
