Decided to come here for a nice seafood dinner and was not disappointed! We had wonderful service from our waitress, Olesea, and all of the staff we interacted with! I thought the children's menu was great! It comes with an entree, side, drink and ice cream! I thought the ice cream would've been a small amount, but it was a full bowl! We were very pleased with our meal and I would definitely recommend this place!

While on vacation we ate here versus another choice. Our server Zack was tremendously attentive. We enjoyed the handwritten jokes on our adult bibs. We also ordered a tasty Sangaria strawberry peach drink where their Joe's Crab Shack Mason jar is yours to keep. What a nice souvenir!! We also saw the General manager and restaurant manager engaging with the customers and helping serve and cleaning up. You dont see much of that where upper management dont mind getting their hands dirty. Keep up the good work guys. Will visit again.
First of all we came in around the rush hour on the weekend and fortunately didn't have to wait to be seated. The hostesses were very friendly and the staff overall was pretty nice. We got a few appetizers and a bucket of crab legs that were very delicious. The drinks look fancy (see the pics) and are pretty strong too, thumbs up!
I gotta mention that the service was impeccable! Our server lovely Ukrainian girl Lesya knew basically the whole menu and all the drinks! She got us hilarious bibs with the crab dish and all the little crab openers. She would constantly check on us making sure we were ok and I appreciate that kinda service.
Besides great service and good food we got to see an alligator!!!! (Another pic) That was some crazy🤤 adventure! Will def come back, hope that girl will still work there😘
First time at a Joe's a crab shack and it was amazing. Can't remember our server's name, but she was a delight! Very helpful explaining how the menu worked.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Paula chose my meals two night in a row. Excellent crab and shrimp. The drinks are yummy.

I was not disappointed. I got the fish & chips and it was great. The service was friendly and fast. We were a large party, and our server handled it with such grace and professionalism. If I had to choose one thing to even slightly complain about it would be that the kids menu needs to be handled better. My 5 year old got a burger that looked about as old as he is. It was dry as all hell and I felt terrible making him eat it. The fries were okay.
My husband and I ate here for dinner tonight. The food was excellent. We ordered steaks cooked medium and they were actually cooked just right which seems to be hard for some restaurants to accomplish but these were great! The grilled shrimp was great and had awesome flavor to it. I had a Bloody Mary and it was delicious. Our waitress Kadeesia was wonderful and took excellent care of us! The service and the food both were excellent. We love eating here!
Late August of 2012 I was on vacation with my family and my mother and I decided to eat here. Our experience was very pleasant. Our server was attentive. (I will note that there were maybe only 3 other tables w/ people, so it wasn't busy at all.) The food was delicious and my mother and I had a good time. We also enjoyed the view, as well. The atmosphere and location are lovely.

AWESOME food and GREAT service! Our server was Anthony, and he was terrific! No wait for a table, and we got there about 5:30pm. The crab dip is the BOMB!! While we were eating, the manager walked through, checking to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal...perfect! Will definitely come back again.
When you first walk in you are hit with a funky smell but I guess that is par for the course with a seafood restaurant. After there for a little bit it seems to go away. Our server Johnny was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, fresh, hot and very tasty! I would definitely recommend this place and will return if I am back in the area!
Our waitress was very nice, always checking on us to make sure we were okay. Food was great! A bit on the pricey side. Don't look on the ONLINE menu most items are not accurate.
