The burger and fries were delicious, prepared as ordered and in a timely fashion. We didn't receive all we had ordered, but that was promptly corrected. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement would be in terms of the "noise level." It was difficult to converse over the loud music and the cook staff shouting orders back and forth.
I love walking in to a 5 guys! It's like they're your best buds welcoming you in! Hadn't been in years and it was just as good as I remembered. Thanks!
The food was great as always but they were definitely under staffed. The trash cans were overflowing and it seemed to take longer than usual to get our meal.
I thought that my burger was great, and the fresh cut fries are some of the best. I like that they have one of those Coke Freestyle soda fountains where you can choose from all the different drinks with additional flavors. Like Coke zero cherry vanilla.
The only negative thing that I have to say is that it is pretty expensive for fast food. You can get table service at most places for the same price. My family ordered 2 little burgers and 3 hotdogs with a large fry and two drinks. It was $40 total.

Today for lunch, there was a five person, all-female staff. These girls absolutely rocked it. My burger was literally PERFECT. Fries..PERFECT. Also, probably the fastest I've ever received my food. They were so nice and personable. It really made my day ❤️
I like their fries the best. Burgers are also good. Only thing is the prices are quite high.
Outstanding burgers for the whole family tonight. We all said best burger of the year. Will definitely come back next vacation.
Stopped by around 2pm, about 15 minutes ago. Great experience. Staff/manager on duty was polite and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. Overall 5 stars, staff goes out of their way to help customers. Thanks again guys
Five Giys always tastes great. I get the junior hamburger, and my husband and I share an order of fries. Hamurger/Cheeseburgers are huge and so are the fries.

Good food, way too expensive. One little burger, one little cheeseburger, one regular cheeseburger, and a large fry over $38.
Hamburgers always good. Ran out of ketchup containers, did not offer anything to replace them; had to ask for something to use. I know it seems trivial, but staff didn't seem to have a clue about customer service! $40 for 2 cheese burgers I expect good service. Standard Five guys seating, but not as clean as most others I have been to.
Food is always amazing and doesn't change no matter where you go! The only bad thing about the experience was the employees who didn't seem at all happy at the fact they were getting customers.
The cashier was a bit off. Maybe she was new, I asked for a veggie burger, and she rang me up for one with meat. She also got a little smart with me when i asked shske flavors. The manager was quick to fix and accommodate us. He also gave me some extra fries which was great. Food was hot and delicious. Two burgers still wrong, but we ate anyway lol. I'd definitely return!
