Want a great burger, fries, and a drink (I recommend the ice tea), Mr G's is a great place to patronize. We usually get it to go as it's only outside eating.
If it's ice cream, we'll enjoy it at one of their outdoor tables.
The service is super fast, extremely friendly, and the pricing is very good.

We go here every year and it is hands down the best!!! The owner is always there, making sure her business has top-notch customer service and is successful at it. The ice cream selection is huge and so yummy. They can make it any way you like it, soft, hard, milkshake, in a cup, on a cone!! So, if you're in the ice cream zone, this is the place to be...trust me, you will see, the milkshakes will bring all to windows!!!

5 stars all because of Debbie showing me her garden. Plus, the food was yummy, and this place was within walking distance from where we were on the beach. A Veteran owned business, it’s a great little spot that looks to be the staple of the area.
Edit: I have to give props to Alberto and Victoria and Felix. And the rest who we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting personally. I had the privilege of meeting Aunt Lois before we left for home. Being able to talk candidly with Debbie and Aunt Lois was a treat me and my stepson will treasure forever. Hoorah! #GoArmy
Great place for ice cream, we walked over from our VRBO a few blocks, great location. Staff are friendly and service is quick and accurate, so many options for hard ice cream flavors too! Definitely recommend the birthday cake, salted caramel, and moose tracks.
Friendly staff, pretty quick with the orders too considering the line. Came here twice because they sadly ran out of bananas the first time. Both times good!
Great home town family run type of place. Great service every time. Food is always great. I've had the flounder basket multiple times, and it's great every time. Women love's their ice cream, especially on hot days. Also has great pretzels. We always make sure to stop by at least once when visiting the area. However their are seasonal, so be sure to check them out during peak season.
The customer service is always great! They are kind and fast! Their fries are fantastic and their prices are very reasonable considering they are pretty much a block away from the ocean. The ice cream is also great and they have so many flavors it’s hard to choose just one! I asked for a cone that I seen from their TikTok and it was delicious!
Perhaps the most underrated spot in North Myrtle Beach. We went there once to get ice cream and ended up coming back 3 other times for food and treats. There is usually a line but it moves quickly, food comes out fast and fresh. The hard part is to decide what to order. The owner is great, staff is friendly and the food is a solid 10. Try the Banana Pajama for a unique sweet treat!! Looking forward to coming to Mr. G's next time we come to MB.
Service was super duper fast and our order was brought outside to us personally. We didn’t have to wait for our name or a number to be called. Some of the food was a bit pricier than I had expected but what’s not pricey in 2023 especially in a highly populated area as Myrtle Beach. The pretzel I wasn’t a fan of but the funnel cake and banana split were amazeballs. The main reason this review is getting 4 stars is because the flies were absolutely horrendous at the outside sitting area where the tables are located. They were swarming us so badly that we had to take our ice cream and food inside to our condo across the street.
