Have had no issues with this location since the franchisee changed a while ago.
You guys not only gave me the wrong pizza - it was burned. I called a few times within minutes after delivery but no one would answer the phone. Now you are closed. I will be calling in the morning. I tried to eat it but its just too burned. THEY CALLED ME A SECOND AGO AND MADE IT RIGHT!! Im thrilled.
We order online from domino's often enough to have a saved order which makes things easy, MOST of the time.
Case in point. At home we need to say "light sauce" and "well done crust" otherwise it's swimming in sauce and under baked.
So here in NMB we ordered online, repeating our saved order. That was a mistake!!! Our pizza had almost no sauce and the crust was almost burnt.
Please note I am not blaming the NMB Domino's for this. Clearly it was a matter of interpretation on their part.
How much sauce is "light?"
Please learn from our error as you travel, ordering your "same old pizza," or you may be surprised as we were when you open the box.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the bad reviews here because our experience was great. We were starving Wednesday night after leaving our 5 night stay in Carolina Beach, spending the day in Southport and traveling up to Cherry Grove for a few nights. My husband placed an online order for pick up, it was ready and he was there and back with delicious fresh hot pizza in no time. He said store employees were very friendly. Our pizzas were some of the best we’ve had from Dominoes and we have a very good location near our house at home. The cinnamon knots were way larger and better than our location at home. Overall we were so impressed and pleased. It hit the spot with our family of 5 after a long day of travel.
-I saw someone complained of long waits on a Saturday night in June & I wanted to note that is common for any pizza place at any beach. People are just arriving and wanting a quick meal.
Fast worker, felt bad that he was alone though. Pizza was great and he was quite sociable while I waited despite the workload. Wait wasn't bad at all
I'm a local and I come to the beach almost every weekend with my daughter to my mother's house. They messed up on my order about 3 weeks ago so I called back and I spoke to David. He really hooked it up!!! Told me the next one was on him!! I ordered my pizza just now and even added a Sprite for my daughter and asked him if he could diver it and he said yes and I realized he didn't even charge me for the sprite! awesome service by David!!!!
They do a good job making and cooking, but don’t bother with curbside. Anytime I’ve gone recently we’ve had to go inside to get it because no one can take it out.
We order from this location at least twice a month. I order online for pickup. My order has always been ready when promised and my order has always been accurate. The staff is friendly greeting me when I arrive . Location is clean.
Love our Domino's at the beach. Never takes too long and food is consistent.
Very clean,organized, ,the gentleman in restaurant explained all options,very detailed, kind,curtous,even brought our boxes out,definitely going back for future service !!
If you are ordering on a Friday/Saturday night during PEAK tourist season (SUMMERTIME) it is going to take a LONG time to get your order. Hundreds of people try to order from the same Domino's at the same time - the staff working can only work so hard and so fast to get everyone's pizza out. The staff working at this Domino's is always friendly and is always working as hard as they can. I would definitely order from this Domino's again!!!!! If they don't answer the phone the answer is simple - they don't have anyone to answer the phone because they can't stop what they are doing otherwise it is going to take them even longer to make the pizza.
