29th Anniversary. They made every moment of our dinner special. Blue cheese crusted bone in ribeye was delish! Hubby said his french onion soup best he ever had, my shrimp cocktail, sweet and perfectly chilled.
Impeccable service we had the cowboy steak and the filet mignon would have to go to New York City to get the quality that you experience at Shula's without a doubt the best steak house in Florida.
After reading the mixed reviews we were hesitant about spending alot of money on our meal. However, we were exhausted and wanted the convenience of eating somewhere close. We were staying at the Hilton so we gave them a try. So glad we did! The service was perfection and the food was delicious. Yes it is pricey but feel like we got our money's worth. Highly suggest everyone try for themselves!!! We'll be back next trip to Naples.
Our food was DELICIOUS. For an appetizer we had the tenderloin tips. I had the French cut chicken and my boyfriend had the Prime Rib. We had sides of mashed potatoes,asparagus,mushrooms and crab Mac and cheese. For desert he had the chocolate Soufflé and I had the key lime pie. I could go into detail with each food item but this would be a long review! Everything and everyone was fabulous. Stephanie, our waitress in the bar area was very attentive and answered all our questions ! A+++ we will be back!
One of the top 3 steaks in my life. Amazing service, amazing sides, and absolutely superb steaks cooked exactly as ordered. Absolutely no room for improvement!
Everything was delicious.. Wait staff was exceptional. Hats off to Nate Wagner for his suggestions and attentiveness. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic. Service was incredible. Prime rib you could cut with fork. Staff went over and above for our party of 6. Great atmosphere. Never had a bad meal ever at shulas. Nice to see a full house with wait after season.

The food is absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. The hour and a half drive was worth it. Only issue I had was the bathroom was pretty dirty. Had to clean a seat with sanitizer myself.

My husband and I popped in from the hotel for a drink 🥃. The atmosphere was wonderful. The hostess very friendly. And the bartender, Eric was awesome. We enjoyed the conversation and funny story. Definitely will return again.
Visiting Naples for an annual girls trip. The service was great from TJ and Robert. Our filets were perfectly cooked and my friends had theirs Oscar style. Now a word about the the apple cobbler, Delicious!!

My husband and I spent my birthday at Shula's last night. I was delighted to have a birthday card and birthday dessert presented to me for my special day. The food was outstanding and the service by Jesse D was perfect.

Shula' Steak House ranks among Naples finest dining environments. Atmosphere and service are of the highest order. Manager Tom Donovan is always present, moving from table to table, to ensure that your dining experience is of the highest possible order.
Billy was awesome. Loved the ambiance and food. Manager was active in making sure diners enjoyed the experience. High end without being stuffy and pretentious. Steak and lobster was delicious. Inside the Hilton so very nice. Check it out, worth the drive from Ft Myers.

Only dined at the restaurant. My 1st time eating here and it was a great intimate experience. Complimentary Valet parking. Quiet setting. The server was nice! Explained the wine options by the glass or bottle. The food was really good. Let me say my favorite dish was the salad OMG! It is based with a tomato jam that is delicious with the blue chess dressing, my salad was amazing but I couldn’t finish it. I ordered the Cajun steak which is I think 10oz…I’m not a big steak eater at all so I only ate 1-2 oz if that, definitely couldn’t finish the whole thing. My companion finished it a few days later for me. We ordered the broccoli and cheese and spinach as side dishes, which were a tasty addition to the main course. To finish it off I had to order the apple cobbler which is cooked to order and takes about 30mins…it was absolutely delicious and you cannot eat it by yourself. It was too sweet to eat in 1 night as well, so after 1-2 scoops with a little ice cream I was done!

Don't go anywhere else for steak 🥩. The potatoes Au gratin excellent. The bearnaise sauce perfect. The bar has everything. The wine list unmatched. Selection of fine whiskey finest anywhere. Crab cakes succulent. Key lime pie the best in Florida. Served most recently by Carlos, positively supreme service.

Shula’s doesn’t fail to impress! Came here last night for a family get together and we were all very pleased. We had a reservation at 7pm and got seated right away. The staff was quick to help accommodate my baby’s car seat at the table. Our server, John, was all you could ask for in a waiter! John provided great friendly service and helped a lot when we had any questions about the menu. From appetizers to desert, all of the food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself has great decor and ambiance. Definitely recommend! I’ll be coming back for sure :)
It was a wonderful experience Would recommend it highly. My steak was cooked to perfection.. Being a die hard Miami Dolphins fan it was wonderful to see all the wonderful pics on the wall of the players he was coached back in The Undefeated when I used to sit on the 50-yard line on every home game it was one of my wonderful highlights in my life I would definitely go back to his restaurant again the atmosphere was wonderful the food was great
Most of my meals were for breakfast because the restaurant is attached to the Hilton. They were good overall. My waffle was more cold than hot but the chicken was right out of the flyer. For a place with high standards I would of like to seen a better breakfast potato. Mass produced little chunks is not what I expected. Happy hour deals are decent. I did like the cake and soufflé. Watch your billing. New staff making mistakes.
From the beginning to end of our experience, everybody was very friendly and personable. Gary was our waiter, who made it a very relaxing and pleasant experience with his recommendations and great service. Was our first time here, and after having the fillet and mac & cheese, we will be back! Thank you, Gary and staff for, a perfect dinner.
Our server, Dylan, was super attentive and helpful, plus the food was fantastic! We went for breakfast and the options plus our ultimate selections did not disappoint. The skillet dish was especially tasty. Would happily return.
Food was good but not worth the prices. It was just a regular steak with sauces on the side. Same as anywhere else for 10 times the price. With starters, drink and tip you are over $100 per person. Service was outstanding. Very clean and comfortable tables.

Went for Valentine’s Day. The appetizers and drinks were good. I was disappointed because I wanted a ribeye, but they only had a Cajun spiced ribeye. I didn’t want a Cajun ribeye. I just wanted a regular ribeye, but they couldn’t do it so I just got the filet mignon and lobster tail. They were good though. The other choice was a bone-in for ribeye for $90. Ridiculous. No thank you. The Brussels sprouts were great. Had chocolate cake at the end and it was also tasty. It took a long time for the food, but what can you expect on Valentine’s Day? We’ve been here before and it’s always good.
