The team here is fantastic. I am not from around here and was in for a few weeks for business. These people were fast and friendly and after a couple weeks they would just have my coffee ready with a total by the time I made it to the register. This is my favorite Dunkin and I wish I could take it home with me!

Despite not having a drive-thru which I don't think I have ever seen a Dunkin' without one in a free standing building this location doesn't dissapoint me, great staff.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 orders of the bacon cheddar omelet bites. When I got to work, I opened the bag and it was the spinach omelet bites. So I go back later to get it fixed and when I opened the bag this time there was only one order in there. And they weren't busy. So disappointing.

There were only two girls working, and it was very busy. They were both extremely sweet and apologetic for the waits to everyone (not that I minded at all!). They didn’t show any stress or anything and took the orders and made them. I’m giving them 5 stars because they deserved it. Thank you ladies 💙

This place is ran by children who don’t know what work ethic or customer service is. I was given a bag with crumpled up napkins and an order hash brown(s); 3 in my order of hash browns, yes 3 puddly cold gross hash browns and was then given a Mary attitude by a young blonde woman who said that is how they put them in the bag. Terrible

What do I have to say that hasn't been said about Duncan ? I will have to say did a chain that sells donuts become so good at it they didn't even have to advertise the donut part in their name so they dropped it? Yes! That's gotta be the ultimate mic drop in the fast food industry. They were like everybody comes here for donuts we don't even need to say it. Genius absolute genius. So sure their product will stand the generations to come will be taught by generations past where to get the best donut without even knowing it it's like the word Duncan has hijacked the definition of donut.

Walked in with $18 available on my app and a free coffee. The 18 I had should have paid for my order but for whatever reason when it was scanned it only took $5 and some change. One of the girls got on with her assistant manager Jelly who did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I had to pay twice for what I got and was just told we don’t do anything with the app you will have to call them. I showed her the amount that was on there before it zero’d out, she wouldn’t even look. Between the lack of management and careless attitude I definitely left mad. Do better or hire better! I hate having to post this but no one there cared at all to help.
