Went last night with 3 friends after a cconcert. The colored man working the drive through was rude and when I got home my tacos had MAYBE a bite of meat in them ..... I have a picture as well. I understand we were in line late... but maybe he shouldn't be working at taco bell if he wants to go home. The attitude was disgusting not to mention the food was AWFUL quality. I'd rather go to the east side locations. Smh

was extremely disappointed with the service today. website says open until 10 pm and i tried to pick up my prepaid mobile order at 9:10 they told me they close at 9 (despite my order being placed prior to 9) and when i asked if i could be refunded i was ignored at drive through speaker. my whole lunch break from work was wasted. Staff was extremely unprofessional.

They often close early because no one shows up for work. Workers tend to be lazy with the basics, like cutting the Mexican pizzas and remembering to put tomatoes on them.

Hadn't been to Taco Bell in few months so looking forward to it as love the Nacho cheese Doritos loco taco. Planned on ordering My Cravings Box and told only available online, which doesn't say that when look at menu on website. Ordered Crunchwrap supreme & Nacho Doritos taco individually so more money as combo. Both were good but skimpy on meat for the Crunchwrap. My wife, who is vegetarian, tried the Fiesta veggie burrito (minus tomatoes & chipotle sauce) which she really liked. Her's cane with black beans, rice, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Hoping to try Mexican pizza when comes back.

Do not go to this location, 2 soft taco supremes a Gordita crunch and a Crunchwrap supreme. All of which had no more than a teaspoon of meat on them. Complete waste of money. On cinco de mayo, such a disgrace. Go to any other location other than the north Olmsted location.

I had a soft taco Supreme. I also got a Baja blast ;the waiting line took a little while, but their food is always so delicious. My sister and I come here pretty often . Amazing as usual.

Terrible service, the staff refused to acknowledge our existence with the manager sitting right in the lobby.
We eventually had use the self order kiosk.
When our food came it was substandard.
My wife took one bite of her food and wouldn't touch it again.
The sauce packets were so filthy and nasty that I took a picture to document it.

This is how my online order was received from the Taco Bell in North Olmsted, Oh. There should have me ZERO reason anyone put this on the package and give this to a customer. It smells so burnt even if the employees was cooking blind folded they would have been able to notice it wasn’t right. Waste of my time, amazing how bad customer service has become.
