Been driving over 10 hours and my drink was supposed to be ready at 10:08am didnt get it till 10:20am and it was wrong my extra pumps of white chocolate mocha sauce nonexistent. Parking lot set up not great if you park on the side and you get blocked in with the drive threw line. For a 8 dollar coff

The Starbucks concept can’t be beat. The menu items are consistently created regardless of where you go and your item will be great, or they will remake it.
Even the pre-packed lunch-type items are good. I come here if I’m looking for a 350-450 calorie lunch of healthy foods. Got to love SBX.
Fast and friendly staff. Usually a pretty busy location but they do a good job at keeping up with the traffic. Always kept very clean and cozy setting.
Coffee is ok. Generally this place is dirty. Bathrooms needs attention. Main lobby is often used as warehouse. See my pic.

When I called manager SHE promised to free send coupon. SHe never did.

Very friendly staff here. The gentleman at the register when I stopped in was brand new, but handled it really well with some challenging customers. Great to see a welcoming crew!
