Review Great Alaska Pizza Co. - North Pole

Pizza: 4/5. Ashley's Customer Service: 10/5. I was in a pinch after Pizza Hut decided not to make an online order for a scheduled 12pm lunch. I walked into Great Alaska at 11:50 and asked Ashley what three pizzas could be made the quickest. Ashley said go hangout in your warm car, I'll have a sausage, cheese, and pepperoni ready for you in 12 minutes. Companies everywhere lack good customer service nowadays, and Ashley went above and beyond - we'll be back!

I ordered a pizza here and it came cold.. I gave my address on nordale road and they said they could deliver there. 20 minutes later than estimated delivery the driver finally calls telling me he didn't know where we were located and we explained we are down towards the end of nordale road. Then the manager called extremely upset accusing me of giving them misleading information. He said they only do deliveries on half of nordale road and its not worth their time to deliver any further. We did not know this. Somehow 5 more minutes of driving is not worth their time, I've had better pizza delivered further. The delivery driver was very rude upon arrival so I do not recommend getting pizza delivered from great Alaska pizza company in North pole unless they change their manager's attitude and train their drivers to have customer respect and consideration..

I ordered a pizza here and it was barely cooked enough to not be doughy and cold. I was not satisfied with the pizza and the garlic butter was extremely overpowering and also cold, all in all just gross. The bread was ok but the attitude of the delivery driver couldn’t make up for it. Do not get pizza from here, i would rather go to Fairbanks..

Excellent pizza!!! We were driving through North Pole and came across it. There is no place to sit down at the pizza place, but the person suggested a nearby park. What a great addition to our trip to Alaska.

Best salad in town. All fresh and delicious. This location does not pre make salads like other locations. Made to order!

Pizza it's good but still expensive. I will definitely come back though v

Spent over $90 on 5 pizzas. They were mushy and of course 1 was not made correctly. Ordered a plain cheese due to a pepperoni allergy. Every pizza came with pepperoni.

Although the service is great, I would only recommend if every other pizza place in North Pole is closed. This is the stuff kids in college afford with pocket change. Their ingredients seem off, cheap, like "you want it, you eat it". We try it about every 18 months to see if it has gotten any better, nope, it's still the same.... Middle of the pizza could use a few more minutes in the over. My recommendation, you traveling through North Pole, it's late, and you have no problem's with the taste of a pizza... Look no further.
