Review Wendy's - North Pole

Dropped by today to get a Dave's single with no cheese combo. However they were out of ALL soda. Only had ice tea and frosty. So, I order sandwich only with no cheese. They gave me a sandwich already made but removed part of the cheese. The employees obviously don't take pride in providing good and properly prepared food. Being lactose intolerant I was unable to eat the sandwich. Wasted my money.

Okay this is a standard issue Wendy's restaurant a chain known to be a cut above your run-of-the-mill fast food. This location in North Pole though had an extremely friendly and patient staff. I don't go to Wendy's very much so I asked several questions about things on the menu. They were helpful I got a great meal.

We went there about a few minutes ago and our food was hard and looked stale. It’s the middle of the day everything should be fresh! I’m very dissatisfied and won’t recommend. It also tasted very rubbery, everything they make it’s always hard and stale. There’s been two times when things have been fresh.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew today around 2 pm. My order was perfect, everything looked and tasted fresh, in addition the young man who took my order and I presume was the one at the window too was smiling, pleasant and kind. I know how rough getting a location going can be in the beginning so ive been reluctant to swing by, but you guys hit it out if the park for us today, we'll be back!

Why is this Wendy’s still open? I hope that the employees are actively trying to get this location shut down, because if that is the case, they can at least think that they are doing something right. They’re ALWAYS out of something, bacon, nuggets, Frostys or even fries. How does a fast food burger place run out of fries? The restaurant is filthy, the employees are rude and they take forever to do the very little work they try(?) to do.

Gone to the wendys in north pole, AK about a dozen times now. Short version: extremely slow service, closes early, competent customer service Quality of service is spotty at best, and usually pretty horrible. It's 3 PM on a monday, and I've been waiting in line for almost half an hr. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. Now there are 2. Lobby is closed. It's supposed to be fast food. I could have bought and cooked store bought chicken nuggets/wings in that time. And speaking of things closed, this store will also often close before their posted hours (hours that I've confirmed with the people that work there). Customer service is ok. They at least seem to try, but that does little when the wait time is longer than a sit down dinner.

Vile. The whole entire place is just sad. Always out of items. They never have chilli. Building is dirty. It's like there is no pride. It's always a bad experience. Employees need to stop smoking so much pot because they can't function.

Drive to Fairbanks...You'll get your food faster. Seriously. I don't leave negative reviews but this store needs to be overhauled. 1 star is generous.

So I lost my job at North Pole Wendy's because I called the General Manager out on a health code violation. Myself as well as other co-workers watched him touching fries with his bare hands and then give them to a customer. The General Manager "Randy" is violating health codes,and has been using expired hamburger patties for chilli meat, I was fired because I called him out in it. I urge everyone to be mindful of this fact when you go to North Pole Wendy's. Becaus I was trying to be a good employee and hold someone accountable I was fired. I urge you don't go to North Pole Wendy's

In comparison to the Fairbanks location, the NP Wendy's is fantastic! The employees were very polite, the service fast, and the food good! If I'm in the mood for Wendy's again, I will drive all the way to North Pole.

I was saddened to learn tonight that Wendy’s is no longer honoring the retired military members as military members anymore that get the discount. What a shame that a member of the military serves 20 plus years and it means nothing to Wendy’s. I won’t be back until they fix this. I used to love this place but my heart is broken for all of us who served.

I just purchased 2 Son of Baconaters, one had 1pc of bacon and the other had 2pcs. According to the pictures there should be at least 4 on each sandwich. For $6.89 each I would expect more for the price.

Going through drive thru and there is an exceptionally long wait to place an order. And, then once we start ordering, were told that they don't have any baked potatoes, nor do they offer the hamburgers advertised on the menu board. At that point, we just gave up and canceled the order. Unfortunately, I cannot say this has been the only time I've been disappointed at this location.

They are not giving military discounts to families who are carrying a military id, they will how ever give it to the men and women who are severing in and that are active duty, well as a wife of a military active duty member, I will no longer go to Wendy's, we are a big part of the army, we are the back bones to the ones who sever, we are the support system when they deploy, so Wendy's you lost a loyal customer and I am hoping more to come! So stick it where the sun don't shine

Haven't been to this Wendy's in quite a while, won't be back, rude server at the drive thru window, walked away when I asked to speak with the manager, then when he came over I could tell by his face he could care less. Never said he was sorry but just that he would talk with the employee. Right...

Do not eat or drink at the north pole wendys . You will get sick! Last night i went thru the drive thru and for one thing they were mess up more then a football bat. Second my daughter had the fountain drink part in her drink. When i looked at it it was full of grems. It has not been clean in awhile but the manger and the GM both said we clean them every night which is a bull face lie. All they could do was say opps sorry. PLEASE NORTH POLE HELP ME GET THEM SHUT DOWN .THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!!! IF any one whats to get with me about this please reply here . By the way Wendys its on
