Orders put together fast. The coffee was good.. delicious along with the breakfast sandwich and pastry.
The staff team helpful when I had an issue with the installed app. Made some good suggestion when ordering.

This place sucks. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, and a coffee regulat. The coffe sucked. The bagel was not toasted and the cream cheese was thrown o. The bagel. Gross. If I didn't have to go to the Dr's I would of came inand asked for my money back.
Coffee is usually made correctly, and is hot, but I e heard the managers arguing with the staff more than once... LOUDLY
Drive thru: Sometimes it's good service sometimes it's very sloooow service. I understand they are probably short staffed because no one wants to work these days. It's everywhere.
It's coffee I don't know how much more you like me to say nothing to Rave about also this is one of the busiest places in Rhode Island they need to hire more people and move it faster. Place is a joke. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER. I Think they would be sick if they witnessed my experiences of the past 3 days, but today I left 45 min after arriving with the wrong coffee, and no food, all of which I paid for. Never seen such a disaster and a miserable staff to top it off. N
Everytime I come here in the morning I wait at least 20 minutes for my coffee and that's if they make it correct the first time. Staff is very unorganized nobody knows what they are doing.
Will not be coming back here!
DD has the best coffee hot, real hot and real good, plus donuts always exacting standards even when we get it late in the day! Their employees are excellent!
