This place was amazing. I was staying at the state campground four miles up the road decided to come into town. This is a neat little Country Store. And very reasonably priced. They make fabulous breakfast sandwiches and regular sandwiches for that matter. They were very friendly both times I was in. I would eat here all the time if I lived close. Greetings from Sherwood Oregon.
Love this store, they have everything!! Food is great and my kids always love stopping in!

Everything is good in Ryers! I like the !!breakfast
Top quality in everything. BTW try the breakfast sandwiches. One of them is incredable! !!
Waited 30 min for sandwich. Had a coffee. Told manager I could not wait longer due to an appointment. He took care of my bill no questions asked and was apologetic. After eating my Journey man sandwich that was FANTASTIC I decided I needed to go back and tell them how happy I was. So I did that and tried to pay but manager would not let me.. and he gave me another coffee. Come to find out he was training a cook, who made a great sandwich for me. I will full heartedly give this store 5 stars for food and service. I will definitely go back and refer people.
The sweetest and best home town country store! I love the atmosphere and their deli has a lot of delicious food. They also have ice cream and lots of other treats plus more!
Great people and staff. Feels like your eating at home. Great subs
Ryer's is a great country store. Good food and CANDY!
My husband and I love Ryers!!
Worked in N. Reading for a day and stopped here for lunch. Wasn't expecting the best Italian sub I've ever had in my lifetime! The sandwich was absolutely perfect, fresh ingredients, and whatever else they put on it was absolutely delicious. The store has a warm nostalgia about it, really old school decor which I thought was awesome. Customer service was phenomenal as well. Great selection of food, drinks, beer, wine, etc. Highly recommend the deli for lunchtime!!
Had a grilled chicken wrap (lettuce, BBQ sauce, bacon and american cheese). I've tried wraps from sub shops all over the area, and this one takes the cake. Everything was fresh and just perfect. Highly recommend!!
This is such a cute little place. It has tables to eat and up stairs is a eyecare place. I actually got a new pair of glasses there and it took half the time it does at the big places. Also the lady who I assume owns the store is so sweet and nice. Although I don't like to give perfect reviews so my fish for critic is that it's hard to navigate.
Stopped when trying to find the post office, the building is just so cute! Got the breakfast club this morning on a sub roll. It was huge and only $7.75. Two meals here! Seriously one of the best things I've eaten in MA since moving here a month ago. This will be a staple for my family for sure and I love that I can grab some staples like bread, wine or fresh prepared sides too! Havent done this ice cream thing yet, but I'm sure we will.
Yummy ice cream, great selection of prepared foods. The pre-marinated chicken is delicious as are the burgers.
Very nice selection of beer and wine.
Love the friendly atmosphere as well. I'll be back!
Ryers is a wonderful Country store. They have a great deli and insanely excellent hot food selection and buffet. Salad bar, hot bar, coffee and Richardson's ice cream (Yum). Great place to go if you're in North Reading.
The young man Erik behind behind the deli counter pours his heart and soul into every hand crafted composition of bread, meat and cheese. Through years of heard work and determination he’s developed the cutting edge sandwich techniques that truly make his sandwiches unique. His decision not to wear gloves makes it so you can savor the sweat that emits from his pores and which leaves the sandwich moist with a salty finish. You can truly sense his hatred for women that drives him to be the best sandwich maker in greater Boston area. Erik has a good heart but is not afraid to put you in your place if you ask a stupid request or challenge his genius. Gandhi once said “strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.” This quote undeniably describes Erik’s compassion and attitude towards his craft. Erik challenges the societal norms that try and chain him to doing jobs such as being as a president or engineer and shows that men too can cook. He is a strapping young man with the heart of gold and his sandwiches will make your taste buds orgasm.
Delicious and convenient. They have everything I was looking for. I will definitely be back
