Review Mario's - North Royalton

Food and drinks were very good. Atmosphere was good along with our server. Clean bathroom that has some charm to it. First time dining here and I look forward to returning. Way to go Mario's! Delicious!

Food was good and cooked as requested. Wait period for food to be served after ordered was good. Meal and dinner prices are reasonable for the size and portions. Nice family restaurant. Our server was attentive, told us about the specials of the day and then followed up to see if our meals were ok or if we needed anything. Washrooms were clean and well stocked.

This is the greatest hidden secret around. It's spacious, clean, and great for parties. The menu has something for everyone; modestly priced and 5 star DELICIOUS! The servers were wonderful and really wanted you to feel at home. Gina was especially attentive and took care of all our requests! I can't remember when I went to a place for the he first time and loved it so much! I can't wait to go back!

First time visitors this past Saturday. The service was really great. We all tried different items but the Tavern Salad and Perogis were my dinner. Very good. We also enjoyed the music of "Frank and Dean"...nice night catching up with family.

Don't let the outside of this place throw you off, it looks totally renovated inside. Been here a couple times now and the food was great each time and they have an awesome happy hour. Prices are extremely reasonable and portions are large. They also play good music lol.

Great food and service. This place is refined yet relaxed and has a unique and diverse menu to suit any taste. The homemade soups and specials are not to be missed! Stop in for a craft beer or cocktail...the bartenders are top-notch!

Great place to enjoy some live music. Had the wings, they were delicious. Also tried a key lime martini. Never had a martini before. All I know was this one was very good. Tasted just like key lime pie. Even had crushed Graham cracker on the rim of the glass.

We will NEVER go back!! The WORST customer service!! We sat for 45 minutes and still no one came to our table! We ended up having to go up to the bar and get our drinks. It was a so called fundraiser event that we had to pay to get in. The fundraiser was for the restaurant to make up some money because they were paying for a band, they had several Chinese basket raffles, 50/50 raffle and they were giving away a 65" Door prize TV. They had bartenders behind the bar and they had SO CALLED servers walking the floor. The floor servers seemed to be just paying attention to friends or locals! The 6 of us arrived at 7:05pm and when a waitress FINALLY came to our table to ask us if we wanted a drink was 10:45pm. REALLY!!!!!!! We all started laughing and decided to leave

well here's a couple of issues the name suggests that it's Italian but if you look at the menu it's far from it, I can understand the service because it's a new place they're a little bit scattered and a little bit new and not really knowing exactly what to do or how to act so it seems like they weren't trained very well. the food was hit-or-miss I had the burger it wasn't bad I must admit, the chipotle chicken taco we actually returned because it had absolutely no flavor what-so-ever the chicken wings I would have to say were good but not at $11 would never order it again. the perogies were nothing special again the little overpriced didn't seem like anyone knew how to use Salt and Pepper or any seasoning in the kitchen. I'm in the food service business you always have to taste your food before you present it to your customers I was really disappointed in the menu it was kind of all over the place no real cohesion or rhyme & reason to anything I was kind of looking forward to a chicken parmesan or veal dish and there was nothing of the sort not even a meatball sub or anything along those lines. I love supporting local businesses but you can tell that this place needs some help, I too have a food business in North Royalton I care about what my customers think I hope you don't take this the wrong way I'm just trying to help, I really wish you guys the best of luck if you need some help or some guidance i would be more than happy to help.

2nd Trip to Mario's today for their lunch special. I had their shrimp taco's. Very delicious. The other night we went with a crowd including some kids. We were a pretty large group but we were greeted and sat quickly. Great American food. Our table had several appetisers including tender and crispy calamari some of the best I ever had. Another great appetizer was the stuffed mushrooms. My favorite were the fried stuffed with risotto artichoke hearts. Delicious. One of my friends had the french dip and he said it was great. I had the royalton cheese burger delish... Service was friendly and conscientious. Kid friendly place also with games for the kids to play. I'll definitely be back.

The food was fantastic!!! I had the crab bisque, which was 100% homemade deliciousness! Everything my table had was delicious. Our server was friendly too.
