Hands down staff and service was amazing. Went into rt 82 north Royalton store with a special order for food allergies. Ted was amazing told staff and he was so helpful. Ted was amazing knew customers coming in by name. The customer service was outstanding. I want to say thank you to this Arby's for all their help and fast service.
Most of the time it's good. But I went to drive through,I had crinkle fries they were cold! Also my fish sandwich I was unable to eat it! It had way to much tartar sauce, and the center of the fish sandwhich was cold! 🤢
Best manager in fast food that I've seen around in a long time.
