Review Taco Bell - North Royalton

New interior looks amazing. Although located next to local schools, staff and management set expectations for behavior for students who come directly from school letting out. Food is always prepared timely and correctly.

This Taco Bell is always so nice and my food is always made right. They deserve a good wage the whole day not just the 17 at night here because honestly this is the only place that doesn’t forget anything and they are just so nice here. I’ve only ever had good experiences and there are ones closer to me but I just prefer this location. I go here a lot usually later in the day close to 9/10pm but I went for breakfast today and seriously the people working this morning were so nice and we had a nice conversation while waiting for my food. I rarely get Taco Bell breakfast since it seems every location in or close to Parma doesn’t serve it when I pull up to the drive through. I was having a little rough of a morning and the guys there were just so nice and I hope they have a great day. Made my day start off a little better. If you have a problem with any food service place, stay calm, be kind, and remember they may be making your food but they are still humans and not your servants. Mistakes happen and getting angry helps no one. I genuinely never have a problem here at this location. The portions are nice, everything is made well, never burnt or dry.

Great service. Justin or Justen (receipt is not legible) was polite and very efficient. My food tasted perfect and from the driver thru this location appears to be up to the Taco Bell standard and I would recommend this location to anyone!

I love this Taco Bell. Everything is super fresh. The people are extremely friendly. And they’re quick! After being introduced to this one I have not visited other Taco Bells. I refuse. Good work guys!

They consistently serve cracked, under filled Crunchy Tacos. They never participate in advertised on TV promotions. They say they are not allowed to give a receipt.

Sometimes they skimp on the meat in their Chicken Quisadillas but most of the time I get great, friendly service. The only issue is, if you go there around 11p-2a the line is rediculously long, and it takes time to get food. Average wait during these periods can be between 15 and 50 minutes.

Always good people there, have not messed up an order yet. Fast service.

If I could give this taco bell a zero I woul! Not only did they forget half of our order but they also put a Mexican pizza on the bottom of our bag and put another heavy bag on top of that! I won't be returning even though this one is closer!
