When we phoned our pizza order in asked them to please place pepperoni and onion on the top of pizza so crispy Not buried under the cheese. Lady on phone said "we cannot do special orders and must make the pizza the way Corporate wants must put pepperoni and toppings under the cheese ". We Canceled

Shady delivery driver. Order was 22.13. Delivery driver told me 24 dollars. Trying to make more money. Will never order from here again. Better pizza places in North royalton.

Had a bad experience at a Papa John's so I stopped going to them. However this location I'll be returning to. Amazing food friendly staff fast service.

Wonderful ☺ Was in the area waiting for the fireworks show decided to get a couple of pizza's. Fast Friendly and Delicious. Even gave us paper plates and napkins. Would definitely order pizza from here again

Terrible service and has been dinged by the Health Department on more then one occasion. If they mess up your Pizza, do not expect them to make it right. I was promised a call back from the owner (who I was told OWNS several other stores) never got the call back,(I guess he was to busy making money

Used to order from this location for years. Had it again recently only to contract salmonella from the soft cheese they used. Did not get any chance to sleep that night. Been quite a few years since I had Papa John's but definitely not what I paid for if you ask me. Flavor was the same but I paid for extra cheese. It was like they barley put enough on for regular cheese. Have plenty of local pizzerias around me way better for the money.
