The ice cream speaks for itself, especially the Oreo flavor! 😍 The staff is also very welcoming and attentive there. & did you know they making wedding icecream cakes?! Me either! (Kinda want to get married again to have one 🤔).
This is the second time that I have ordered a special cake from carvel. I'm very impressed with how it came out and the customer service is outstanding.
The mint Oreo seasonal flavor is delicious! Wish they would keep it all year round.

Omg!!! I haven't been inside a Carvel in 20 years, easily. I didn't know they had such an amazing, wide variety of things. Not just ice cream cakes and those basic things of that nature. They make all types of sundaes and whip up some wild concoctions. Everything has real candy from the specific company. Reese's Sundaes dash is the greatest ice cream ever consumed by myself!!! The staff is AWESOME & FRIENDLY. I love this place now. THANKS !!!!!!

Great ice cream experience. Reese's soft serve is delicious. Good value and very nice/helpful employees. When I pointed out an error in the total, it was quickly corrected. Quite a selection of ice cream, toppings and pre-made items.
I haven't been to a carvel ice cream shop in over 25 years so walking in here brought back a lot of memories. With social distancing, we had to wait outside but the line moved very quickly. Everyone was friendly and most importantly, the ice cream was fantastic. I plan to come back the next time I'm in Syracuse.
This Carvel is one of the best! the service is outstanding, the place is clean and the prices are good. The ice cream is always very good. I promise you will walk out with a smile and maybe some ice cream on your face. I will definitely be back.

I've only been here twice. The first time I was here, I simply bought a serving of ice cream. More recently, I stopped in to buy an ice cream cake. Both experiences were very good. I really enjoyed the soft serve ice cream that I purchased during that first visit. I don't recall what flavor it was, but it was something unusual; different than the typical vanilla or chocolate that most ice cream shops are limited to. The ice cream cake was also good. It was nice to be able to walk in and pick from a wide selection of pre-made cakes, including character cakes seen in the old Carvel TV commercials. The clerks I dealt with both times were very polite and helpful. When purchasing the cake, the clerk was proactive in offering to add on a customized message and also offered a complimentary bag that was just the right size for carrying the cake box. The downside to this location is that it is essentially an enclosed ice cream stand that lacks seating. So, if you are coming here for an ice cream cone, be prepared to enjoy it in your car.
