What a nice surprise! First time ar this location. We loved our server. The food was really good. My chicken Fiesta was so delicious.
Prices were pleasantly moderate.

I stopped here while on a mini getaway. My husband and I love Applebees and decided to give this one a try. It was a bit crowded but still very comfortable for us. We actually were seated faster than expected even with people watching football. Our server Tricia was amazing! Her personality is very welcoming and that’s with her having multiple tables, including one with a huge party. The food was also tasty and so were the drinks, which she recommended. I read a few reviews about cold food, but ours wasn’t. I don’t know if it was a good night or what but overall a great experience to end our getaway ❤️
Busy night, so sat at the bar. Our bar server was very friendly and attentive, all while dealing with drink orders for the servers. The food was well prepared and very good. This is one of the best Applebees that I have been in during my travels from Florida to Canada.
Haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time, and it was kostly overseas. This branch's atmosphere was great and the people were very happy and filled with joy. The food was delicious and had great taste.
A few comments though, the grilled chicken on the pasta was skinless breasts, so when they came out a bit burned, it was the actual meat that was burned which slightly affected the taste on the edges. We also ordered the steak medium-well and because it was an uneven cut, the thicker portion was a bit rare. I was also surprised by the milkshakes, as one cup was slightly bigger than the other, and both were only 2/3 filled. Luckily these were small details that didn't affect our experience as a whole.
Grilled chicken was seasoned nicely salt and pepper. Grilled broccoli was fresh and the mashed potatoes where better than the last place I had them from Chili's. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. I do really like the blackened steak and salmon but wasn't in the mood for meat or fish on a Friday. Had a side salad no cheese like I requested and it came out pretty fast. The bartender was excellent and has good sense of manners helped an elder man find the man's room.
One of my favorite locations to go to. Melissa and Trish are amazing servers and always make sure to give us the best experience. The food is good and cheap and so are the drinks. I love when they come out with their special holiday drinks. Overall my go to place to eat when I’m feeling something better than fast food but nothing fancy.
It has been a while since last time we went to Applebee's. First time at this one. Impeccable service. Food right on. Prices affordable.

The onion soup was delish ..I also had the 3 cheese & chicken penne which was soo good ,I ate it all.. My boyfriend had the half rack of BBQ ribs with fries, he loved them so much he got another half rack & fries to go.. House margaritas were on point.. The staff was great ,& worked well as a team..
Love that menu has customizable nutrition info. As someone on keto, I find this menu to be one of the most keto friendly out there. So many fabulous dishes that can be adjusted to meat dietary needs!! Perfect, delicious, and our waitress was awesome!
Went to Applebee's in North Syracuse Friday evening August 4th, 2023 with my hubby. We had our usual burgers. I had the double neighborhood burger. Only ate half as it's so big. Brought other half home. Man, was I sick the next day. Diarrhea, cramping etc. Well, I ate my other half, Sunday Aug 6th and now I know I had food poisoning Saturday. Because this morning I have ALL the same symptoms from eating 1st half of my burger. This is definitely a first for me at Applebee's.

ive been going here on an off for a while now ....
my first visit was with me and my mother a few years ago and not only was the waitress friendly and considerate but the food was great to.
when i saw that my mother loved the food too i knew this would be a place i would go to often.
during my mother's chemo she would often ask me if i would go out to eat with her even if she wouldn't eat very much.... and she would ask me to go to many different places and honestly i didnt like going out to eat (i loved to cook myself lol) but the moment she suggested Applebee's i kind of jumped at the opportunity lol.
Its been over a year now since my mother passed and i still go here atleast once a month and even though i wont sit at a table because it reminds me and makes me a little sad. I still at least sit at the bar because the food it great, the service is friendly, and my moms puppy likes me to bring her home a chicken breast once in a while lol.
with all of that said don't let people dictate whether or not you try this place out as in my opinion it's worth at least a shot, then you can judge for yourself.

This Applebee's location was good. Service was a little slow on the unlimited boneless wing refills and didn't refill the bottomless fries. Other than that, it was fine.
This is always a wonderful experience. I love stopping for a nice lunch and a drink 🍸 😋 while out shopping.
Went there for an early Valentine's Day night out with my husband. Got the all you can eat ribs, shrimp, and boneless chicken wings for $14.99. I also had a code for a free appetizer. Ribs were beyond delicious. I had three refills, my husband got the shrimp and boneless chicken wings. He also loved the ribs the most. I splurged on a creamy Pina Colada, he had a beer. Being in our mid 60s date night is still a treat. And our bill came in under $50.( We still tipped what it would of been before discounted). Our server was also training someone but still made sure we were attended to regularly. We had a $50 gift card. So dinner only cost us $8. Over all great night out!
Our waitress was great but it was a bit slow to get our food. We ordered wings and they didn’t have some of the in-house sauces ready so that took a bit of time but overall food was delicious and our waitress was apologetic and kind.
