Awesome. The staff was extremely polite . Wonderful customer service . Give her a raise. The lady with the blonde hair. Was there Sunday around 8 a.m. Very professional. Need more ppl like her . Thank you.
Love this location, I will drive out of my way to detour to this one specifically because the employees are AMAZING! So kind and considerate, they ALWAYS get my order correct, unlike other dunkin locations that can't seem to replicate any level of consistency in drink-making. I so look forward to seeing their smiling faces and getting my much-needed coffee.
I'm a huge fan of this Dunkin Donuts! My order is always correct!!The staff are very friendly and always welcoming when your at the window. Big smiles at the window as well. I pass Dunkins to come to this one because of these reasons.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the Murrysville location ahead around 8pm tonight to check and make sure there were still donuts left because I know towards the end of the day supply is low, and told the lady on the phone that I was on my way and I was 8 mins away (I live in Monroeville). I asked her if she could please hold me a half a dozen and gave her my name and she said yes I’ll hold them for you. I pulled up to the window and told them I just called about holding 6 donuts and my name is alex. She replied by saying we sold them and now we have none left! (Heard laughing in the background as well from other employees) 😡 after leaving the murrysville store I called a different location and had them hold my half dozen of donuts! So I had to drive the whole way across town to the North Versailles location to pick them up when it all could’ve been avoided if MURRYSVILLE WOULD HAVE KEPT THEIR WORD AND HELD THEM FOR ME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO!!!!
So shout out to North Versailles location for actually holding my half dozen of donuts for me until I arrived !
