Fitzwillys is one of my go-to restaurants when I come back to Western Mass to visit my family. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food was pretty good as well. I’ll definitely be back!
I believe the servers name was Sophie or Sophia. She was excellent. None of that fake scripted monotone customer service you get at many places. She was genuinely nice and a great server. She checked in on us regularly. The manager Jonathan also came over to see how things were. Food was delicious as well. The appetizer Garlic bread with gargonzloa sauce was the best.
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Fitzwillys this Columbus Day weekend and they went above and beyond to make our dinner go smoothly! Our server Tara was an absolute angel- and once she heard that we had returned to Fitzwillys for our rehearsal dinner after having our first date there years ago, she was committed to making our night perfect! Our other server was amazing as well- though I forgot her name (apologies!). The night went by so smoothly and all our friends and family were so impressed with the food and service!
I would absolutely recommend Fitzwillys to anyone!
We stopped here on our way home from Vermont. I randomly picked it from the internet because it was close to the highway. This was by far one of my favorite restaurants EVER!!! The kids enjoyed it so much they asked our server how to rave about Fitzwilly’s. They made me promise to give it a great review. Staff was amazing, atmosphere was superb and the food way beyond amazing!!! We live over an hour away but we will be back!!!!
I had the horseradish stuffed scallops wrapped in jalepeno bacon....delicious. I sat at the bar and service was superb and food was awesome. I tipped the bartendet 30%. She was amazing!
This is hands-down my favorite restaurant!!!the only problem is I wish it was closer to where I live, but I don’t mind traveling over an hour to get there it’s totally worth it! Everything about this restaurant is amazing from the atmosphere to the menu it’s just all super awesome!
First time there yesterday, stopped in the way home from Yankee Candle back to CT. We decided that we will go back in summer to shop and have lunch.
Great nachos, good drinks, and fun karaoke. Both the bar and regular tables are equally enjoyable to sit at. I’ve come here for a full meal before and would not necessarily recommend it.

My family had such a great time at Fitzwillys. I have a 4 year old and their children’s menu was the best I have ever seen. There was no side salad on the menu and when I asked about one the waitress said it could be done. It was my husband’s birthday and even though it didn’t seem like they usually sang for a customers table they brought over a brownie sundae with a candle and made both my husband and daughters night. This is exactly how going out to dinner should be - easy, relaxing and fun. Thank you to our waitress Leah

We stopped on our way through town for lunch. We sat at the bar and ordered the calamari and the fish tacos to split. They were very nice and split the tacos onto two plates, so convenient and unexpected! The calamari was tender and very good, although we did need to ask for lemon and it only had two banana peppers. The fish tacos were very good basic fish tacos, delicious (especially with a little Cholula added) and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. The bar was full so the service was a little backed up; she was busy, but was very friendly and was doing her best. We each had a Mule to drink; hubby had a Florida mule which he enjoyed. I had the Tijuana mule which was not for me and I just couldn't drink it....she was sweet and took it off the bill...I think it would have been better with fresh jalapenos rather than the pickled jalapenos (and if I don't LIKE a drink I would never expect it to be taken off my bill so extra points there)
Food was excellent! Good vibes in the restaurant. Not too pricey. Drinks were spectacular!
Under difficult circumstances, the staff remained professional, courteous and friendly. We made a last minute reservation for a party of 10, and 15 people ended up showing up, which was outside what they originally could accommodate considering it was a very busy night for them. The waitress, Sarah France, made a miracle happen and found us another table, which we ultimately didn’t end up using. It was chaotic but she remained friendly and professional throughout, and we were served quickly with all the right orders. overall, it was the perfect place to host a birthday party, the vibe was homey and interesting, the food was delicious and high quality, and the drinks were just right. 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

Travellers, fitzwillys is a wonderful American restaurant. The menu is diverse and loaded with many wonderful choices. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service was prompt and with a smile. The food came out in a timely fashion and everything was hot and delicious. The arancini was very good. We recommend the ziti chili Alfredo. Very delicious. There is something on the menu for everyone. Check it out. We recommend

Great atmosphere and service, and the food was delicious! I tried my first New England Chowder (scallop, not clam) and it was incredible. I usually stick to what I know I like, but I went out on a limb and tried the Pork Vermont, and it was delicious! The super fresh (granny smith?) apples really brought the dish together.

I absolutely *loved* my time here! Yesterday was my first time in Northampton, and a longtime friend brought my mom and I to this restaurant--I know that 110% I will be returning to come here the next time I visit. I loved the ambiance and warmth of the restaurant and from those that worked within it, and the food was amazing.
I was lucky to have an absolute sweetheart of a server named Chad, and he was so bubbly and charming. He even memorized our order without writing it down which is very impressive because we even had a gluten allergy and stuff like that to be noted! I can be indecisive on what I want to eat and he guided me to an option that I ended up loving. 10/10 would have him as a server again. He was super attentive and kind, and as a fellow server, he is the type of person I would love to work with. Ah, if only I lived not an hour away, haha.
Owners of this restaurant, take good care of him! Don't take someone like him for granted because he is genuinely wonderful. Seriously.

Absolutely awesome! Some of the best food we have had in quite some time! I went with the "Wicked Alfredo" and the wife decided on "Chicken Palermo ", both dishes were to kill for! All the food ordered by other patrons looked fantastic as well! We are already making a date to go back, and we just left lol !
Seating wasn't very comfortable. Our waitress disappeared for a while. Forgot my tomatoes and onions in my sandwich. Drinks were awesome and our pasta dish was amazing. Prices were definitely fair. The historical building was great to look at. Third time here and it's been hit or miss.
The food was okay, but wasn't as good as others in the area. The fish and chips were good enough, but the chicken salad gad some artificial scent that personally was not my style. However they hve a wide selection of beer and drinks so it is worth a try.
Just ordered off door dash and asked for extra pickles on the side, because this place has the best pickles, and they didn’t give me just one extra pickle but THREE! Talk about customer service 🥒

Pretty standard American-style menu selections, however they certainly know how to elevate each item. Was thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of the food. I might advise making a reservation if possible because wait time and parking can be a challenge.
We had apps. Mushroom caps with lobster sauce & Swiss cheese yum, Brussels sprouts always good, potato skins with short rib all were great and staff is the best. Always a good time thanks Fred for great experience 😊
