I love this place. Asked the guy behind the counter, I assume Jimmy, for his recommendation and he recommended me the roast beef. It was great. Talked to him a bit. Really cares about what he serves. I’m not from around here. Found this place on a business trip. But every time I’m in the area, I’m coming here!
I normally buy fish n chips from Marlboro at least once every two weeks and so far I think this is hands down one of the best I've had between the two towns. (In my opinion) And by best I mean in terms of :
1) Taste
2) Portions
3) Price
4) Very friendly staff and great customer service
5) Doesn't take long.
Great place. Awesome service from a great family. Best burgers and chicken tenders you will find. All the food is very good, been going there since they opened. Always a wonderful experience with great food. Our family loves Hillside Grill
The family at Hillside Grille was amazing! We were up for a soccer tournament and needed a place to eat for 20 ppl. We called at 7pm and asked if we could sit and eat at 7:30pm and even though they closed at 8pm they stayed open just for us! The food was amazing but their hospitality was top notch. They were so kind and sweet and we are so thankful.
We are from RI, we took a trip to the farm and stopped by here for some lunch! Amazingly fresh food!! The owners are wonderful…..So pleasant! We will be back someday! God Bless!

This restaurant gave us big surprises! We were exhausted after 4 soccer games and randomly searched this one by Google yesterday. The restaurant is neat, clean with good variety of but all very tasty food!!! Two gentlemen are very nice! We tried gyro sandwiches, cheese and steak, and grilled cheese. Very delicious! The fries — not healthy but awesome!!! The fries are not paired to almost all other places around central MA (at least)! Crunchy, tasty but not salty nor bland.
Girls requested coming back again the second day after another day of several soccer games. They are right — very good hot dogs and cheeseburger! I wanted some clear soup that is not on the menu. I told the gentleman that that’s ok, but I just feel tired and exhausted after watching several games in the sun since 8 today. The gentleman made tomato soup and coffee for me. Very caring people!
In the end, my girls and I both agree that we would come back again and try other dishes in the menu, pasta, salad, pizza…
Very highly recommend this restaurant!
Very friendly with reasonable prices. Got a last minute take-out sandwich just before they closed. Felt under no rush or pressure even though they were about to close. Owner made a point of coming over to talk to me as I waited for my order.
The Potato skins, pastrami, and burger we ordered were very delicious! Cooked to perfection, friendly staff, clean place. Will definitely be back!
