Eric is so amazing! My career is very stressful and I had a very hectic day. I went to Starbucks and Eric literally gave me the best customer service ever. He truly is just so kind and friendly. Changed my whole day! He’s amazing and the rest of the team is also friendly as well. I am definitely going to be a regular at this location now because of Eric. He is So freaking sweet !
It's Starbucks - what else can one say!?
The coffee is always middle-of-the-road but you get fast service & the free wifi allows you to browse Google maps & order an Uber [I'm talking as a tourist]...
I am so thoroughly impressed with this Starbucks. I overheard a new hire being trained today who seemed to have a learning disability. The trainer was taking extra time explaining things to the new hire and treating him with respect without getting frustrated. It was a truly positive experience for me and was heartwarming to see an inclusive environment being fostered. Strong work, team. This was already my favorite Starbucks around (home health curse of working from coffee shops) but extremely impressed and wanted to share credit where credit is due.
Some of the most consistent high quality customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Especially Kaiylei, she has been very polite helpful every time she has served me.
The drinks are okay, as they are at any Starbucks. Don't forget to ask for half the flavor pumps if you actually enjoy the taste of coffee and want to avoid that nasty sugar-breath.
