Their driver broke my front door window I was guaranteed by a manager that it would be replaced, their insurance just reached out to me. To let me know it wouldn't be. Saying the damage from their driver was just weather wear.

The pizza is horrible. Inedible. We used to love Pizza Hut. It went south some years ago, but we missed it and decided to give it another try. We wasted $55, not even my kids would eat it. Please undo whatever it is that you have done (we know the sauce is most of it).
The online app said order would be ready in 10-20 minutes. Since it was Christmas Eve, I assumed that was optimistic, so showed up at the 20 minute mark and expected to wait a little (rather be early than late -- hate cold pizza when I order). Still waited 30 minutes, with about 15 of those minute

Make sure the order is correct and preferably have better quality “stuffed crust”. I was able to look through the crust and see out the other side because there was no cheese
