It is a nice family restaurant.  They have the best General Tso's chicken I have had.  They are also well know for their Philly cheese steak egg rolls.

The food is always freshly cooked and always super delicious. They have the best crab rangoons anywhere around the Norwich area. It is 100% the best Chinese food place near occum. The building does look a bit worn but the whole in the wall places are always the best!

I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein dinner and it was absolutely delicious, I had no problems at all ordering and it was easy to get and pay for my order. All you need to do is go in through their back door and pay at the counter which is just ahead. There is a small table inside with 4 seats that you can sit at and there is just enough parking for that. Delicious food, 10/10 for the area in for American Style Chinese food, beating out other's in the area.

Ordered General Tso's Chicken and Orange Chicken Chef's Specialties, Crab Rangoon, Steamed Dumplings, and House Special Lo Mein. It wasn't good, it was great! 👍 Fresh and flavorful! Friendly and fast service!

Love Mr. Pan's. It's quick and convenient. Order and 15 minutes dinner is on the table! Perfect for those weeknight dinners where time is not on your side!

The General Tsos chicken, crab rangoons, egg rolls, and homemade duck sauce are all yummy. The pork fried rice is definitely lacking something so I had to use a few packets of soy sauce. But fried rice seems to be something that most chinese take out places struggle with. Still a great meal for a location so close to us! The parking is not great, just hope that it's not busy when you go! Very quick service! I went for lunch, couldn't call ahead because I didn't have the menu. I was in and out with food in under 10 minutes. The lady at the counter is not overly friendly, more of a get things done kind of person. For me, that's not a problem. Will definitely eat here again 😊

I remember getting menu item D9, in my first apartment after my divorce, up behind the DMV. Sitting on the carpet and feeling some of the old emptiness fill in. The owner's children, not yet conditioned to the American sense of personal space, piling up against me in the booth to see what I was playing on my Nintendo DS, a sudden and startling human touch, so natural for them but shocking to me. And D9 again - a decade later. Crab Rangoon, pork fried rice, chicken fingers, chicken teriyaki.. over the table at my cottage, married again, losing to my new wife at skip-bo, after five years lost in a bottle and a three year old moved three hours away. When covid came, the owners took it seriously. China remembers SARS. Sealed up the front door into a weird half window, every full measure of sanitation that turned out to be sanity. They got robbed, once, then again. None of us did too much during the plague years. a whole lost span, for the entire world. And we all got robbed a few times, by our own flaws, the selfishness of others, the greed of the overclass. Here I am again, waiting for D9, and my wife's lo mein and rangoon. We're not doing so good these days, but who is? I hope the Mr. Pan's people are, I hope their kids are blossoming into healthy and successful adults. I'm glad there are so many different cultures in this country and that American Chinese food, whatever distant relation it bears to the eight great cuisines of China - Shandong, Hunan, Sichuan, Cantonese, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui - is so common as to be unremarkable. But here I am, remarking. The food here? It's good.

I live in Jewett City & decided to try Mr.Pans tonight for the first time. Wow am I happy that I did!! My fiance & I ordered the pu pu platter for two & a side order of chicken wings. Omgggg everything was amazing!! The drive there isn't bad either...it took maybe 10 mins to get there. I highly recommend this place. Best Chinese food in the area.

Best Chinese food I have found so far near Norwich. We have tried several places and this is the best by far.

Best dumplings I have ever had. The sauce blows away its competitors. I cannot overstate how much better the dumplings are compared to anything else local, including golden palace.

Food was very good but the woman behind the counter definitely needs some schooling in customer relations. She walked by me without acknowledging no less than 3 times and then asked what I wanted in a rather rude tone. Uh, here to pick up..... I'll be back but hope that she won't be.
