Wednesday at 6PM. Out of town and craving some dessert. A gentleman sold me on a four piece honey BBQ basket. I was just here for ice cream really. Anyway the basket was good. Crispy fries. Fresh toast. Chunky tenders. The peanut buster parfait stole the show though. He was nice enough to bring it to me after I ate. Tomorrow it's back to Virginia.
I've never had Dairy Queen food aside from their ice cream, so I decided why not -- let's try it.
It is about what I expected. It is okay. I got the spicy tender chicken sandwich and the cotton candy blizzard. The sandwich, as said, was okay. It was inexpensive, hot and made to order. The person behind the counter was very kind! Hope everyone treats them nicely.
The cotton candy blizzard was probably the sweetest blizzard I've ever had, which makes sense. It is cotton candy. It was good but I probably won't get that particular flavor again due to it being overly sweet.
I remember my cousin walking me to this place before. That occurrence was one of the first times I started to have a bitter hatred for car-based infrastructure, but that's a story for another time. This Dairy Queen did make up for the painstaking walk, and I guess I can give them that for a positive.
Great deals but the people working are very slow. Be prepared to wait when you come here. However the upside is you will get a good deal on food especially with the 8 dollar lunch meal.
Quest, the cashier, is my favourite. I wish he worked 24/7. Unfortunately, Quest does not, so this review is for Quest. 5 stars.
Always really fresh food and great service. Happy atmosphere. 😉 Store could be updated but quality of food and service is A+
This Dairy Queen is quite amazing. They are always packed but they move as fast as they can and their workers are very pleasant
The employees are hardworking,friendly .DQ is my fast food go to place. I've never had bad service or poor quality foods. Occasionally they forget the napkins. I'm a regular at the Norwich CT DQ.
A absolute must try. So good. If you've never been do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't be disappointed.
Quest gave excellent and prompt service. Very kind and will be going back soon.

Drive thru moved very fast and the service was still polite and accurate. My kids really enjoyed their sundaes!
I go through the drive-thru at least once a week with my 93+yr old Dad who LOVES his low sugar Dilly Bar! 💖 They are always so nice and friendly to us and make dad feel extra special!🥰

Can be difficult when busy. Ice cream is tasty. Tables and floor are usually sticky.
It was good...but a workers attitude was really bad...just rude but the rest are really good kids
The food here is very good and fresh. You actually get a hot meal. Customer service is excellent. Absolutely love the grilled chicken salad. Of course I am good and get the light dressing, so I can have my small Mr Misty Freeze!

It has really good food, it’s mainly focused on its ice cream like most other DQ restaurants but food is still good and enjoyable, the staff are really friendly and patient. They’re ice cream is outstanding like usual. It’s drive thru option is great for those who are handicapped to just pick up what they want. My parents enjoyed it along with me and my siblings.
