Arby's - Norwich - Photo album

Polite staff. Quickly took care of my husband's request for extra sauce. Floor was sticky and dirty by cashier and soda fountain this visit. Food was good but fries were still cold. That's two trips in a row I got cold curly fries 😔
I don't go to this place alot it is on the more expensive side but worth the dollar. Never let's me down. Them curly fires will rush a warm tingle through my body. With a refreshing sip of peach lemonade!!! 4 stars cus I don't like the works most of the time but the food is on point.
Always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. Arbys is a little pricey but worth it. Oddly enough the roast beef is the only thing I DON'T care for as far as qaulity. The crew at Norwich Arbys is doing it right.
The 2 times I have been here for food it's been lousy! We had to use the drive up because the doors were locked. Fries were old and cold, meat on the sandwiches looked and tasted like they had been long overdue for the dumpster. The service has much to be be desired. They need to lower their prices
Over priced. One looks at drive thru and print so small, think your getting small, don't realize " snack " is first item and end up paying 3.39 for small curly fries.Portions smaller, prices higher.
Very nice people that was working. Polite to me and I buy there again
Food was cold. Rather than give us new fresh items they microwaved it. Worst 20 dollars I've ever spent.
Unable to use the inside. Drive threw was open... good food. Nice staff.
